A Tegra busca Analista de Remuneração Sênior, que será responsável por analisar e executar atividades da área de Gente com foco em Remuneração e Performance, apoiando a elaboração de políticas da área, pesquisando, analisando, correlacionando informações, gerando relatórios, demonstrativos e controles, visando atender as necessidades da empresa e promover a atração e retenção de talentos e o crescimento da organização.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGarantir a elaboração e distribuição de bases de dados diversos gerados a partir do sistema, bem como de indicadores de Gente (Headcount, Turnover, R&S, T&D etc.);Apoiar gestores e BPs em casos de movimentações salariais (Admissões, Méritos, Enquadramentos etc.);Analisar movimentações na estrutura organizacional da empresa (transferências, ajustes de hierarquias etc.);Certificar que as estratégias de Remuneração e Benefícios da empresa estejam em conformidade e competitivas no mercado;Realizar a atualização dos Acordos anuais de PLR;Atualizar periódicamente o organograma e acompanhar a estrutura organizacional da Empresa;Realizar a revisão periódica dos descritivos das funções e dos posicionamentos destas funções na estrutura de Cargos e Salários da Empresa;Realizar análises de averbação para liberação de empréstimos consignados;Realizar a aplicação de reajustes salariais decorrentes de Convenções ou Acordos Coletivos de Trabalho;Realizar a gestão do módulo de Cargos e Salários e do workflow de requisições do sistema LG (Lugar de Gente);Revisar periódicamente os CBOs atrelados aos cargos;Desenvolver e acompanhar a gestão do orçamento de pessoal da empresa (BP e RFs);Contribuir na apuração dos valores a serem pagos a título de Remuneração Variável de Curto Prazo;Contribuir na atualização periódica da tabela salarial da empresa e das faixas salariais dos cargos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa;Sólida experiência na área de remuneração;Experiência nos processos de Cargos e Salários e Descrições de Cargos;Conhecimentos em estruturas de remuneração fixa (Hay, Mercer, WTW ou similares);Domínio pacote office (sobretudo Excel);Conhecimento no sistema LG será considerado um diferencial.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Vale Refeição/Alimentação;Vale Transporte;Previdência Privada;Seguro de Vida;Auxílio Farmácia; Happy Day;WellHub;Bônus Anual.
