Nossa aspiração é ser um Grupo reconhecido por seus relacionamentos duradouros, através de experiências completas e de alta qualidade.No pilar de Pessoas e Gestão, temos o objetivo de garantir um ambiente de valorização das pessoas, alinhadas e engajadas à estratégia, aos objetivos e valores do Grupo. Somos mais de 1000 colaboradores unidos pelos mesmos valores: Determinação, Respeito, Flexibilidade, Criatividade, Visão de Jogo, Conexão com o Novo, Empatia, Bom Humor, Foco na Entrega e Capacidade de Inspirar Confiança.Vem fazer parte de um Grupo que acredita nas pessoas e cresce com elas! #VemproGrupoCom você, somos mais COMPLETOS. 💙Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEstamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Remuneração, como foco em Remuneração Variável, para integrar nosso time de Recursos Humanos.Procuramos um profissional organizado, analítico, ágil e com foco em atendimento, que contribua para garantir a apuração e gestão dos processos de remuneração variável, realizando cálculos mensais de comissões conforme políticas vigentes, além da extração, validação, consolidação e análise de dados que suportam os modelos de pagamento. Se você gosta de atuar com processos, controles, planilhas e atendimento ao colaborador, essa oportunidade é para você!Realizar a apuração mensal de comissões, considerando as regras e políticas vigentes para cada unidade e/ou cargo;Executar extrações, validações, consolidações e análises de dados que suportam os cálculos de remuneração variável;Manter e atualizar bases de dados e rotinas de processamento utilizadas nos modelos de comissionamento;Desenvolver e manter relatórios, dashboards e indicadores para acompanhamento dos resultados e suporte à tomada de decisão;Processar lançamento de metas e objetivos das equipes em sistema corporativo;Investigar divergências e apoiar a resolução de questionamentos relacionados aos resultados de comissão;Garantir documentação adequada dos processos, regras de negócio e controles internos da área;Identificar oportunidades de simplificação, automação e otimização das atividades recorrentes;Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua, transformação digital e fortalecimento da governança dos processos da área;Apoiar estudos e análises de remuneração, movimentações salariais, promoções, mérito e enquadramentos;Realizar conferências e validações dos valores apurados antes do envio para processamento em folha;Atuar em conjunto com Folha de Pagamento, Comercial, Operações e demais áreas envolvidas nos processos;Atender e esclarecer dúvidas de gestores e áreas parceiras relacionadas a comissões e regras de pagamento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatóriosEnsino Superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão Financeira, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento avançado em Excel;Desejável experiência com remuneração variável;Será um diferencial possuir conhecimento em Sistema Senior de folha de pagamento;Competências comportamentaisAtenção aos detalhes;Organização e gestão de prioridades;Perfil analítico;Senso de urgência;Discrição e confidencialidade;Capacidade de negociação e resolução de problemas.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:🥳 Day off (No mês do aniversário);🩺 Plano de Saúde (Unimed ou Doctor Clin);🦷 Plano Odontológico (Bradesco Dental);🥘 Vale-Refeição ou Vale-Alimentação;🚍 Vale-Transporte;
