Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConsolidar e analisar resultados e indicadores das áreas de negócio, transformando dados em reportes executivos e apresentações de impacto;Auditar, garantir integridade e atualização dos dashboards e bases de resultados da área;Contribuir para a melhoria contínua de relatórios e processos de monitoramento;Conduzir análises pontuais solicitadas pela gestão ou áreas parceiras;Investigar causas de desvios relevantes e apoiar recomendações de negócio;Participar de ritos de governança da área e apoiar na documentação de regras de negócio;Conduzir pesquisas e reportes de inteligência de mercado;Realizar a governança, manutenção e organização das bases corporativas de dados e dos repositórios de informações da área, garantindo confiabilidade, rastreabilidade e atualização dos conteúdos;Vivência com manipulação de dados, indicadores de performance, construção de relatórios e elaboração de apresentações.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior em Administração, Economia, Engenharias, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas.Experiência prévia em áreas como resultados, finanças, FP&A, controladoria, BI, planejamento ou análises de negócio será um diferencial.Ferramentas e habilidades técnicasExcel intermediário (tabelas dinâmicas, fórmulas, organização de bases).PowerPoint avançado para construção de apresentações executivas.Noção de ferramentas de BI.Habilidades comportamentaisAtenção a detalhes e rigor analítico.Organização e capacidade de trabalhar com prazos.Comunicação clara e objetiva.Proatividade para buscar soluções e melhorar processos.
