Nenhum prazo ou pressão justifica colocar em risco dados ou operações.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesA Neohype busca um(a) Analista de Requisitos para integrar a área de Tecnologia / Digital e atuar como o elo estratégico entre cliente, gestão de projetos e equipe técnica.Você será responsável por transformar o escopo aprovado em especificações claras, completas e executáveis, garantindo que as soluções desenvolvidas atendam perfeitamente às necessidades do negócio com forte postura consultiva, organização e perfil colaborativo.O que você vai fazer:Realizar reuniões de levantamento e detalhamento de requisitos funcionais com clientes internos e externos.Mapear processos AS IS e TO BE, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e otimização.Elaborar fluxos de processos, jornadas, diagramas e documentação funcional de alta qualidade.Especificar regras de negócio, critérios de aceite, fluxos, integrações e exceções.Apoiar a equipe de desenvolvimento durante todo o ciclo do projeto, participando de dailys e esclarecendo dúvidas técnicas.Validar na etapa de homologação se as soluções desenvolvidas atendem integralmente aos requisitos definidos.Manter toda a documentação dos projetos atualizada, organizada e padronizada.O que esperamos:Ensino Superior completo em Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software, ADS, Administração, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas.Experiência prévia como Analista de Requisitos, Analista de Negócios ou função equivalente.Domínio em levantamento, documentação funcional e mapeamento de processos/fluxos de negócio.Conhecimento em modelagem de processos utilizando Bizagi, Miro, Figma ou ferramentas similares.Excelente capacidade de escrita técnica, comunicação verbal e condução de reuniões com clientes e stakeholders.Conhecimento na elaboração de casos de uso, fluxos, regras de negócio e critérios de aceite.Diferenciais:Experiência em empresas de tecnologia, software houses ou consultorias.Conhecimento no uso do Jira para gestão de demandas e vivência em metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban).Vivência na elaboração de histórias de usuário e protótipos funcionais.Experiência em projetos de transformação digital, integrações de sistemas e APIs.Informações adicionais💬 Interessado(a)?Envie seu currículo e venha construir o futuro com a sua digital.Seja um #neohyper!👉#NeoHype#AnalistaDeRequisitos#Tecnologia#Digital#EngenhariaDeRequisitos#InovacaoNa Neohype, acreditamos que a inovação nasce da diversidade.
