Aceitamos candidatos de todas as regiões do Brasil =DResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo seu dia a dia esperamos que você toque os seguintes processos:  Atuar na identificação, levantamento, análise, especificação, documentação e gerenciamento de requisitos funcionais e não funcionais dos sistemas.Realizar levantamento e modelagem de processos de negócio, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e otimização. Elaborar histórias de usuário, casos de uso, regras de negócio, critérios de aceite e demais artefatos necessários ao desenvolvimento das soluções. Participar do refinamento do backlog do produto, apoiando a priorização e o detalhamento das demandas. Atuar como interface entre as áreas de negócio, Product Owner, usuários e equipes técnicas, garantindo o entendimento comum dos requisitos.  Apoiar o desenho de soluções para novos produtos, serviços e evoluções de sistemas, alinhadas às necessidades do negócio e aos padrões definidos. Participar da validação das soluções desenvolvidas, apoiando homologações e verificando a aderência aos requisitos especificados.  Mapear e documentar processos de negócio utilizando boas práticas de modelagem.  Conduzir reuniões de levantamento, refinamento e validação de requisitos junto aos stakeholders.  Apoiar a identificação de riscos, impactos e dependências relacionados às demandas.  Garantir a rastreabilidade entre requisitos, funcionalidades e entregas realizadas.  Trabalhar em conjunto com desenvolvedores, arquitetos, analistas de testes, UX e demais integrantes da equipe ágil.  Garantir conformidade com os requisitos técnicos, metodológicos e operacionais estabelecidos contratualmente.

Requisitos e qualificações O que será necessário para o nosso match perfeito:

Curso superior completo na área de Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas.Experiência mínima de 1 (um) ano na identificação, definição e documentação de processos de negócio e de requisitos de software a serem implementados.
