O candidato ideal deve possuir sólida experiência em levantamento e documentação de requisitos em ambientes ágeis, garantindo que a visão do produto seja traduzida com precisão para o time de desenvolvimento.  Principais AtividadesLevantamento e Documentação: Realizar a extração de necessidades junto aos stakeholders e documentar requisitos funcionais e não funcionais utilizando técnicas como UML e ferramentas como Enterprise Architect.Escrita de User Stories: Refinar o backlog através da criação de Histórias de Usuário detalhadas, com critérios de aceite claros e cenários de teste bem definidos.Modelagem de Processos e Dados: Elaborar diagramas de fluxo e documentação técnica, possuindo autonomia para realizar consultas em bancos de dados SQL Server e Oracle para validação de regras de negócio.Gestão em Ambiente Ágil: Atuar ativamente em cerimônias de Scrum e Kanban, utilizando ferramentas de mercado como Jira, Confluence e Azure DevOps para controle de tarefas e documentação.Interface Técnica: Facilitar a comunicação entre as áreas de negócio e as squads de desenvolvimento, garantindo o alinhamento das soluções técnicas aos objetivos estratégicos da companhia.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Formação: Graduação na área de Tecnologia da Informação, Análise de Sistemas ou Administração com foco em TI.Experiência: Vivência comprovada em projetos de modernização de sistemas e gestão de produtos complexos.Hard Skills: Domínio de ferramentas de modelagem (UML, Erwin), metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban, Lean Inception) e linguagens de consulta (SQL).Certificações (Diferenciais): Possuir certificações como PSPO I ou PSM I será considerado um diferencial relevante.Informações adicionaisNossos benefícios:Assistência Médica: Plano Médico Bradesco, extensivo aos dependentes legais.Assistência Odontológica: Porto Seguro, extensivo aos dependentes legais.Vale Refeição ou Vale Alimentação;Seguro de Vida: Prudential Day off: será concedido ao colaborador folga em virtude do dia do aniversário, devendo este ser usufruído na mesma data e/ou no mês do aniversário;Vale Transporte: é concedido ao colaborador, para uso no trajeto residência – trabalho – residência, e será descontado mensalmente o percentual de 6% sob o valor do salário, limitado ao valor do benefício (opcional);
