A vaga está aberta para todes!Nessa vaga o comissionamento pode variar entre 1% e 4%, de acordo com a performance de recuperação e carteiras por tempo de atraso.Responsabilidades e atribuições📸 Suas responsabilidades como Analista de Retenção e Cobrança serão:Gerir as demandas relacionadas aos pagamentos em atraso;Conduzir os processos de recompra e realizar renegociações financeiras com os clientes;Controlar e realizar a manutenção do sistema de negativações;Lançar as comissões de cobrança de forma organizada;Desenvolver ações estratégicas focadas na redução de inadimplência e atuar fortemente na reversão e acompanhamento de cancelamentos (tanto os manuais quanto os automáticos);Acompanhar de perto os andamentos de cobrança jurídica;Atualizar as nossas planilhas e monitorar os indicadores da área (como churn, inadimplência e cancelamentos);Realizar o atendimento ativo e receptivo aos nossos clientes em todos os canais (Blip, e-mail, portal E-formei e telefone).Requisitos e qualificações🔍 O QUE BUSCAMOS:Ensino médio completoVivência prévia com atendimento ao cliente, retenção ou negociação/cobrança (mesmo que em posições iniciais);Comunicação clara, empática e firme: você sabe cobrar e negociar sem perder o encanto no atendimento;Inteligência emocional e resiliência para lidar com objeções e cenários desafiadores de forma equilibrada;Perfil organizado e analítico para acompanhar indicadores financeiros e de churn;Forte senso de responsabilidade e foco em bater metas de recuperação/retenção;Capacidade de iniciativa, negociação e persuasão.Diferencial:Noções de régua de comunicação com clientes por tempo de atraso e automações.Experiência atuando com cobrança de massificados e cobrança analítica.📋 COMO SERÁ O PROCESSO?Assim como na criação de um álbum de fotos, no processo seletivo da Cena5 você também precisa passar por algumas etapas para alcançar o tão sonhado SIM.
