Incrível, né?E tem mais: o iFood é nosso investidor!Isso significa que estamos em crescimento exponencial e acelerado — por isso, queremos pessoas que compartilhem da nossa energia, da nossa vontade de inovar e de revolucionar o mercado de food service, para crescer junto com a gente! 💙🧡Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO que vai fazer parte do seu dia a dia 💼Projetar, construir e manter integrações e automações ao longo da jornada do cliente, conectando o HubSpot com APIs de sistemas internos e terceiros, utilizando Workflows com Custom Code (Node.js/Python), APIs REST, webhooks e associações entre objetos;Evoluir a estrutura do CRM (objetos, propriedades e associações), além de otimizar forms e assets; atuar com noções de CMS/HubL no HubSpot;Orquestrar automações e fluxos complexos por meio de ferramentas como Zapier (Platform UI/CLI), n8n (self-hosted) e/ou Workato (recipes/API recipes), garantindo autenticação OAuth 2.0 e resiliência via webhooks;Desenvolver e operar bots e integrações de mensageria, como Blip e WhatsApp Cloud API, incluindo configuração de webhooks e modelos de mensagem;Assegurar observabilidade e confiabilidade das integrações, implementando logs, métricas e traces, definindo SLO/SLI e conduzindo postmortems blameless;Elaborar e manter runbooks e alertas atualizados, garantindo rastreabilidade e resposta rápida a incidentes;Colaborar em repositórios Git, conduzindo code reviews e pull requests dentro de pipelines CI/CD;Garantir governança e segurança das ferramentas, aplicando princípios de least privilege, gestão de segredos e controle de acessos;Produzir documentação técnica clara e PRs bem estruturadas, mantendo uma atuação colaborativa, inclusiva e orientada a boas práticas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que esperamos de você 👌 + 4 anos de experiência na área; Ensino superior completo em sistemas de informação ou áreas correlatas;Experiência prática com desenvolvimento principalmente em Python, para criação e manutenção de automações, integrações via API e manipulação de dados;Experiência sólida na construção, manutenção e orquestração de integrações entre sistemas, incluindo uso de APIs REST, webhooks, OAuth 2.0 (Authorization Code / Client Credentials) e Workflows com Custom Code (Node.js/Python);Vivência com plataformas de CRM e mensageria (como HubSpot, Blip ou WhatsApp Cloud API) e integrações personalizadas;Experiência com SQL, capacidade analítica para elaborar relatórios, interpretar dados e transformá-los em indicadores de negócio;Familiaridade com boas práticas de Git, CI/CD, trunk-based development e Semantic Versioning, garantindo rastreabilidade e qualidade de entrega;Experiência em definir e monitorar SLOs/SLIs, utilizar runbooks, acompanhar métricas e conduzir postmortems blameless;Habilidade para redigir documentação técnica clara, elaborar PRs bem estruturadas e atuar de forma colaborativa e inclusiva em times multidisciplinares;O que vai te destacar por aqui 💡 Domínio de ferramentas low-code/no-code (como HubSpot, Zapier, n8n ou Workato) para criação e gestão de fluxos automatizados complexos;Conhecimento em observabilidade e monitoramento distribuído com OpenTelemetry (traces, métricas e logs);Experiência em publicação e versionamento de integrações com ferramentas como Zapier CLI ou Workato API Recipes;Interesse ou experiência em aplicações de IA para automação e RevOps, utilizando agentes com function/tool calling integrados a CRMs e plataformas de atendimento.Informações adicionais ✨ Curtiu?
