Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de RH para integrar o time de Gente e Gestão, atuando principalmente nos processos de Recrutamento e Seleção, além de apoiar outras iniciativas relacionadas ao ciclo de vida dos colaboradores.O profissional será responsável por conduzir processos seletivos de diferentes níveis e áreas, incluindo recrutamento em volume e mobilizações para obras, garantindo aderência ao perfil, à política salarial e aos processos internos da empresa.Além de Recrutamento e Seleção, também terá atuação em onboarding, treinamentos, acompanhamento do período de experiência, feedbacks, pesquisa de clima, ações de endomarketing e entrevistas de desligamento.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir processos completos de Recrutamento e Seleção, desde o alinhamento de perfil com o gestor até o fechamento da vaga;Realizar divulgação de oportunidades, triagem de currículos, hunting e entrevistas por competências;Atuar com recrutamento em volume e mobilização de profissionais para obras e projetos;Participar de reuniões de kick off para alinhamento das demandas de contratação;Elaborar pareceres de candidatos e realizar devolutivas aos gestores;Aplicar testes e ferramentas de avaliação durante os processos seletivos;Acompanhar o fluxo admissional, incluindo exames admissionais (ASO), documentação e organização do dossiê digital;Organizar e acompanhar processos de integração e treinamentos;Acompanhar indicadores de Recrutamento e Seleção e apoiar a gestão na análise dos resultados;Atuar em conjunto com diferentes áreas e gestores, garantindo o andamento das demandas dentro dos prazos estabelecidos;Apoiar ações relacionadas ao ciclo de vida dos colaboradores, como acompanhamento do período de experiência, feedbacks, pesquisa de clima, endomarketing e entrevistas de desligamento.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Psicologia e/ou Administração.Diferencial ter experiência previa em Recrutamento e Seleção;Experiência com recrutamento em volume;Conhecimento em entrevista por competências;Conhecimento do processo admissional e acompanhamento de ASO e documentação;Conhecimento intermediário em Excel e Google Planilhas;Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em Manaus/AM;Disponibilidade para viagens pontuais às obras e cidades de novas mobilizações.
