Receber, conferir e organizar as vagas solicitadas pelas áreas;

Acompanhar os prazos de fechamento e o cumprimento dos SLAs;

Monitorar vagas pendentes, em admissão, sem candidatos e próximas do vencimento;

Atualizar planilhas, bases, controles e indicadores de recrutamento e seleção;

Analisar o funil de contratação, incluindo inscritos, entrevistas, aprovações, desistências e admissões;

Identificar demandas prioritárias e apoiar na distribuição das vagas entre o time;

Elaborar relatórios e apresentações com os resultados da área;

Acompanhar o volume de candidatos e apoiar na definição das estratégias de acionamento;

Realizar projeções de contratação e sinalizar riscos de não cumprimento das demandas;

Garantir a qualidade, a organização e a confiabilidade das informações;

Apoiar o acompanhamento das vagas de Negociador, Aprendiz, Estágio, PCD, áreas administrativas e posições especializadas;

Trabalhar em parceria com recrutadores, gestores, onboarding e demais áreas envolvidas no processo;

Participar da construção de melhorias, automações e novos controles para tornar os processos mais eficientes;

Apoiar a liderança com análises que contribuam para decisões mais rápidas e assertivas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que você precisa ter para juntar-se a nós?Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Recursos Humanos, Psicologia ou áreas correlatas;

Conhecimento intermediário ou avançado em Excel e/ou Google Planilhas;

Facilidade para analisar dados, indicadores e funis de recrutamento;

Organização para acompanhar diferentes vagas, demandas, prioridades e prazos;

Raciocínio analítico e atenção aos detalhes;

Boa comunicação oral e escrita;

Proatividade para identificar riscos, inconsistências e oportunidades de melhoria;

Capacidade de transformar dados em informações claras para apoiar decisões;
