Se você é uma pessoa comunicativa, analítica e movida por desafios, encontrará aqui um ambiente ideal para colocar seu potencial em prática e evoluir profissionalmente.Responsabilidades e atribuições Principais responsabilidades: Apoiar e executar processos de Recursos Humanos, contribuindo para o atendimento às demandas dos colaboradores e gestores;Atuar em processos de Recrutamento e Seleção, desde a divulgação de vagas até as etapas finais do processo;Realizar triagem e análise de currículos, entrevistas e contato com candidatos;Apoiar os processos de admissão, integração e onboarding de novos colaboradores;Acompanhar movimentações de colaboradores, como admissões, desligamentos, transferências, promoções e alterações funcionais;Prestar suporte aos colaboradores em dúvidas relacionadas aos processos e políticas de RH;Apoiar ações de treinamento, desenvolvimento e integração;Contribuir para ações de clima, engajamento e desenvolvimento de pessoas;Realizar controles, atualizações de planilhas e sistemas relacionados aos processos de RH;Apoiar o acompanhamento de indicadores da área e elaboração de relatórios;Atuar em parceria com gestores, oferecendo suporte às demandas relacionadas à gestão de pessoas;Apoiar as rotinas administrativas do setor de Recursos Humanos;Garantir organização, cumprimento de prazos e confidencialidade das informações da área.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo ou em andamento em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Administração, Psicologia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência anterior na área de Recursos Humanos;Conhecimento em processos de Recrutamento e Seleção;Conhecimento básico/intermediário em rotinas de Departamento Pessoal será considerado um diferencial;Conhecimento em Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;Boa comunicação oral e escrita;Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Capacidade de trabalhar com prazos e diferentes demandas simultaneamente;Perfil proativo, colaborativo e orientado para solução de problemas;Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e realizar interface com diferentes áreas e níveis hierárquicos;Postura ética e responsabilidade no tratamento de informações confidenciais.Informações adicionaisBelo Horizonte/MG Remuneração competitiva, alinhada ao mercado e à experiência do(a) profissional.Pacote de benefícios atrativo, incluindo vantagens que contribuem para o bem-estar, segurança e desenvolvimento do(a) colaborador(a).Ambiente de trabalho dinâmico e colaborativo, com iniciativas voltadas para qualidade de vida e equilíbrio entre vida pessoal e profissional.
