Essa é uma oportunidade para fazer parte do nosso time, atuando como Analista de RH, em Brasília/DF. O novo analista será responsável por atuar com os processos de RH, no time de Gestão de Pessoas, então se você é comprometido, apaixonado por gente e tem o desejo de ingressar no mundo do agronegócio essa oportunidade é para você!Estamos aguardando a sua inscrição! 💚Responsabilidades e atribuições✅ Construir e operacionalizar subsistemas de RH junto às áreas clientes, por meio de realização de processos seletivos, mapeamento de treinamentos, gestão de cultura e clima, apoio às demandas/ dúvidas de DP, gestão do desempenho, remuneração, entre outros.✅ Atuar como Business Partner, atendendo às áreas-clientes por meio do levantamento das demandas de RH em reuniões, presença nas unidades/áreas e relacionamentos com colaboradores, mediante visão sistêmica do negócio e das áreas✅ Realizar processo de onboarding de profissionais aderentes à cultura da empresa, por meio de processo de captação, seleção, admissão e integração com uso de ferramentas específicas.✅ Dimensionar força de trabalho para as áreas clientes, identificando necessidade de aumentos/ reduções de quadro de pessoal.✅ Apoiar e facilitar a tomada de decisão junto aos gestores, por meio do acompanhamento e análise dos indicadores de gestão e desenvolvimento de pessoas, trazendo visão sistêmica do negócio e das áreas.✅ Executar o processo de offboarding dos colaboradores por meio da realização e análise das entrevistas de desligamentos, propondo ações para melhoria do clima, retenção e engajamento dos colaboradores.✅ Demais atividades inerentes ao cargo. Requisitos e qualificações✔️ Ensino Superior completo em administração, psicologia ou áreas afins✔️ Conhecimento avançado no Pacote Office.
