Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidadesRecrutamento & Seleção (foco principal, aproximadamente 80% da atuação)Conduzir processos seletivos de ponta a ponta: definição de perfil da vaga junto aos gestores, divulgação, sourcing, triagem, entrevistas, aplicação de testes ou dinâmicas e fechamento da contratação.Avaliar a aderência técnica e cultural dos candidatos aos valores Pegada, Parceria e Princípios, conforme a Política de Recrutamento e Seleção da PACCO.Realizar sourcing ativo e hunting para vagas de maior complexidade (LinkedIn Recruiter, bancos de talentos, indicações, redes sociais).Construir e manter um pipeline de candidatos qualificados para vagas recorrentes e estratégicas.Elaborar anúncios de vagas atrativos e alinhados ao employer branding da PACCO.Garantir uma jornada de candidato fluida, humanizada e com feedbacks claros em todas as etapas.Acompanhar e reportar indicadores de R&S (time to hire, custo por contratação, taxa de conversão por etapa, qualidade de contratação).Propor melhorias contínuas nos processos seletivos, testes e critérios de avaliação, em conjunto com a liderança de RH.Fortalecer a marca empregadora da PACCO em plataformas de vagas e redes sociais.Rotinas generalistas de RH (aproximadamente 20% da atuação)Apoiar processos de admissão, integração (onboarding) e desligamento.Colaborar com ações de cultura organizacional, engajamento e clima.Dar suporte a demandas pontuais de departamento pessoal, treinamento e desenvolvimento e comunicação interna.Participar de projetos transversais de RH conforme necessidade da área.Apoiar ações pontuais e campanhas de ESG.RequisitosEnsino superior completo em Administração, Gestão de RH ou áreas correlatas.Experiência sólida em Recrutamento e Seleção, preferencialmente conduzindo processos de forma autônoma.Vivência com sourcing ativo e hunting de candidatos.Conhecimento em técnicas de entrevista comportamental e por competências.Familiaridade com indicadores de R&S e uso de ATS (Gupy ou similares).Disponibilidade e interesse em atuar também em rotinas generalistas de RH.Competências PACCOAlém do domínio técnico de R&S, buscamos comportamentos que já fazem parte da forma como a PACCO trabalha:CompetênciaPilar PACCOO que observamos na práticaOrganização e gestão de múltiplas prioridadesPegadaConduz vários processos seletivos ao mesmo tempo sem perder prazo nem qualidade.Orientação a resultadosPegadaFoca em prazos, indicadores e efetividade das contratações, com senso de dono.Proatividade e autonomiaPegadaBusca candidatos e soluções por iniciativa própria, sem depender só de demanda espontânea.Comunicação e relacionamento interpessoalParceriaSe conecta bem com candidatos e gestores de diferentes perfis e níveis.AdaptabilidadeParceriaTransita entre R&S e outras frentes de RH conforme a necessidade do negócio.Visão analíticaPrincípiosInterpreta dados de R&S para embasar decisões com critérios claros.Ética e confidencialidadePrincípiosDiscrição no trato de informações sensíveis de candidatos e colaboradores.DiferenciaisExperiência em recrutamento no setor premium ou varejo.Vivência com recrutamento para posições técnicas, comerciais e operacionais.Familiaridade com uso de inteligência artificial aplicada a R&S.Disposição para pensar fora da caixa e inovar em processos e formas de atrair candidatos.Senso de prioridade e postura de dono da tarefa (hands on).
