Procuramos uma pessoa com grande responsabilidade, comprometimento, que seja detalhista, queira progredir com a empresa e esteja disposta a trabalhar com um momento de implantação de sistema e estruturação da área.O foco da vaga é DP e deve ter experiência comprovada.       Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais ResponsabilidadesProcessamento da Folha: Executar e conferir a folha de pagamento mensal , realizando o cálculo de proventos e descontos.Admissões e demissões CLT e PJAditivos de PJ; validação de notas fiscaisGestão de Encargos: Calcular e emitir guias de recolhimento de encargos sociais (FGTS/Digital, INSS/DCTFWeb, IRRF).eSocial: Transmitir e monitorar os eventos do eSocial (S-1200, S-1210, S-2200, etc.), garantindo o saneamento de inconsistências.Rescisões e Férias: Realizar cálculos de rescisões contratuais, homologações e controle de períodos aquisitivos de férias.Ponto Eletrônico: Gerir o sistema de ponto, tratando exceções, horas extras, banco de horas e adicionais (noturno, periculosidade, insalubridade).Obrigações Anuais: Apoiar na conferência e entrega de obrigações como DIRF, RAIS (se aplicável) e informes de rendimentos.Atendimento ao Colaborador: Esclarecer dúvidas de funcionários sobre holerites, benefícios e legislação.Interface Contábil: Gerar arquivos de integração contábil e realizar a conciliação da folha junto ao financeiro/contabilidade.Criar e acompanhar indicadores de resultados - KPI´s                                             Rotinas da área de RH       Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Superior completo em Recursos Humanos ou áreas afins.Experiência: Experiência prévia em departamentos pessoais ou escritórios de contabilidade.Conhecimentos Técnicos:Conhecimento de Legislação Trabalhista e Previdenciária. Conhecimento nas ferramentas GooglesExperiência com sistemas de folha.Conhecimento profundo em eSocial e DCTFWeb.Competências ComportamentaisAtenção a Detalhes: Capacidade crítica para identificar erros em grandes volumes de dados.Organização e Planejamento: Rigor com prazos fatais (fechamento de folha e tributos).Ética e Confidencialidade: Tratamento sigiloso de dados salariais e sensíveis (LGPD).Raciocínio Lógico: Facilidade com cálculos matemáticos e interpretação de fórmulas.Entregas Esperadas (KPIs)Acuracidade da Folha: Índice de erros/reprocessamento próximo a zero.Compliance Legal: Ausência de multas por atraso em impostos ou transmissões de obrigações.SLA de Atendimento: Tempo de resposta para chamados de dúvidas de colaboradores.Gestão de Passivo: Identificação de riscos trabalhistas antes que se tornem processos judiciais.Informações adicionaisVaga PJR$5500,00Modelo Híbrido
