Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar como Business Partner das lideranças, com papel ativo na tomada de decisão relacionada à gestão de pessoas, estrutura organizacional, dimensionamento de headcount e produtividade;Ter forte proximidade com a operação, entendendo as necessidades do negócio e traduzindo em ações de RH;Garantir a execução e governança dos processos de RH nas estruturas atendidas, assegurando qualidade, prazos e aderência às diretrizes corporativas (admissões, movimentações, promoções, méritos, desligamentos e gestão disciplinar);Analisar, desafiar e validar solicitações de movimentações internas, promoções e méritos, considerando políticas internas, orçamento, equidade e impacto no negócio;Atuar de forma consultiva junto às lideranças na gestão de conflitos, feedbacks, performance e desenvolvimento de equipes, elevando o nível de maturidade da liderança;Monitorar, interpretar e consolidar indicadores de RH (taxa de desligamento, absenteísmo, horas extras, banco de horas e demais), atuando de forma proativa na identificação de causas raiz e construção de planos de ação sustentáveis;Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas corporativas, garantindo fluidez, alinhamento e agilidade nas demandas da operação;Conduzir investigações internas e apurações relacionadas à conduta e compliance, com autonomia, senso crítico e garantia de confidencialidade;Garantir o cumprimento da legislação trabalhista e acordos coletivos, atuando de forma preventiva e orientativa junto às lideranças;Apoiar processos de avaliação de performance, planos de sucessão e gestão de talentos;Atuar em iniciativas de DHO, incluindo desenvolvimento de lideranças, cultura organizacional e gestão de desempenho;Atuar de forma próxima à operação, antecipando riscos, identificando tendências e contribuindo ativamente para a estabilidade e produtividade das unidades.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência prévia em posição de HRBP;Boa leitura de cenário, visão de negócio e capacidade de priorização;Habilidade de relacionamento e influência com diferentes níveis da organização;Experiência em ambientes industriais ou estruturas mais robustas será um diferencia;Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas.
