Calcular e conferir verbas rescisórias de todas as modalidades de desligamento Efetuar o recolhimento rescisório via FGTS Digital e acompanhar guias e prazos Tratar contratos com consignado ativo, providenciando quitação ou saldo devedor junto às instituições financeiras Transmitir e monitorar os eventos rescisórios no eSocial, tratando inconsistências e retificações

Admissões

Conferir documentação admissional e validar aderência aos requisitos legais e internos Elaborar contratos de trabalho, aditivos e demais instrumentos contratuais Realizar o cadastro e a transmissão dos eventos admissionais no eSocial dentro do prazo legal

Férias e afastamentos

Controlar períodos aquisitivos e concessivos, programar escalas e emitir avisos e recibos Registrar e acompanhar afastamentos (INSS, acidente de trabalho, licença-maternidade, entre outros), incluindo os eventos correspondentes no eSocial e o controle de retorno
