A empresa busca um(a) Analista de RH Pleno para atuar com foco em ponto eletrônico, garantindo a correta administração da jornada, a apuração de inconsistências e a conformidade dos processos com a legislação e com a folha de pagamento.

Esta posição é estratégica para apoiar a operação, especialmente em ambiente de alto volume, com interface direta com lideranças de loja e regionais.

Principais responsabilidades

Administrar o sistema de ponto eletrônico, assegurando estabilidade, consistência e qualidade das informações. Realizar a apuração e o tratamento de inconsistências de marcações, ajustes e exceções. Executar o fechamento mensal do ponto dentro da janela acordada com a folha, entregando a base conciliada e sem pendências abertas. Conferir a crítica pós-processamento, identificando divergências entre horas apuradas e horas pagas, com atuação no mesmo ciclo. Tratar afastamentos, atestados, férias e licenças em interface com a jornada, evitando dupla contagem ou descontos indevidos. Atuar como ponto focal para gerentes de loja e regionais em dúvidas relacionadas à jornada, com SLA definido de resposta. Publicar mensalmente painéis de acompanhamento de absenteísmo, horas extras, banco de horas e aderência à escala, com recortes por marca, regional e unidade. Garantir conformidade legal e atendimento às obrigações acessórias relacionadas à jornada e ponto.

Ensino superior completo. Experiência prévia como Analista de RH Jr ou Analista de RH Pleno. Experiência sólida com ponto eletrônico. Vivência com alto volume de demandas e grande quantidade de colaboradores. Conhecimento em ADP será considerado um diferencial. Experiência em rotinas de jornada, fechamento de ponto, tratamento de inconsistências e interface com folha de pagamento. Conhecimento de conformidade legal e obrigações relacionadas a controle de jornada. Diferencial: experiência prévia em varejo.
