Atuar na gestão e desenvolvimento dos programas de Estágio e Jovem Aprendiz, garantindo uma experiência de integração acolhedora e estruturada para os novos talentos. Será responsável por conduzir ações de onboarding, acompanhar a jornada dos participantes e promover iniciativas que fortaleçam o desenvolvimento profissional, o engajamento e a cultura organizacional.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir e acompanhar o processo de onboarding de novos colaboradores.Organizar e realizar apresentações institucionais e integrações.Gerenciar as etapas dos programas de Estágio e Jovem Aprendiz.Apoiar processos de recrutamento e seleção de estagiários e aprendizes.Realizar interface com gestores, instituições de ensino e parceiros.Acompanhar indicadores de participação, desenvolvimento e conclusão dos programas.Controlar documentação, contratos e processos administrativos dos participantes.Dar suporte às ações de treinamento e desenvolvimento.Promover ações de engajamento e acompanhamento dos estudantes durante sua jornada na empresa.Garantir conformidade com políticas internas e legislação aplicável aos programas de estágio e aprendizagem.Ter experiência na construção e condução de projetos dentro da área de aprendizagem

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação completa em Psicologia, Recursos Humanos, Administração ou cursos correlatos.Comunicação assertiva e relacionamento interpessoal.Organização e gestão de múltiplas demandas.Visão analítica e orientação para resultados.Capacidade de planejamento e acompanhamento de projetos.Proatividade e senso de dono.Facilidade para atuar com diferentes públicos e níveis hierárquicos.Foco na experiência do colaborador e desenvolvimento de talentos.
