O Analista de Risco do Clube da Segurança é responsável pelo monitoramento, análise e resposta a situações de risco, garantindo a segurança dos associados e empresas clientes. Atua de forma reativa e preventiva no acionamento de pronta-resposta, realizando monitoramento contínuo das plataformas do CDS, análise de riscos e suporte à segurança executiva. Além disso, acompanha tendências e incidentes de segurança para orientar os associados sobre práticas preventivas.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMonitoramento e Resposta a Ocorrências:Operar e monitorar plataformas do Clube da Segurança para atendimento imediato ao botão de emergência.Identificar situações de coação e acionar prontamente a equipe de pronta-resposta e gestores de segurança do cliente e do CDS.Monitorar alertas de pânico de rastreadores veiculares e agir rapidamente conforme os protocolos de segurança.Atender chamadas do 0800 e outros canais de contato, prestando suporte imediato aos clientes.Verificar e tratar eventos de alarme, garantindo que todas as ocorrências sejam registradas e resolvidas de forma eficiente.Testes e Certificação de Dispositivos de Segurança:Realizar testes de pânico no CDS App e garantir o pleno funcionamento do dispositivo.Testar botões de pânico em veículos e em áreas monitoradas, como indústrias, ranchos e fazendas, certificando-se da eficácia dos equipamentos.Assegurar que todos os sistemas e plataformas operacionais do CDS estejam funcionando corretamente.Análises de Risco e Inteligência de Segurança:Realizar análises sociais, de locais e de rotas para avaliação de riscos em deslocamentos e eventos específicos.Monitorar notícias e tendências sobre segurança pública, golpes, perseguições veiculares e demais ameaças emergentes, elaborando informativos preventivos para associados.Atualizar as plataformas com informações relevantes e assegurar que as diretrizes de segurança sejam seguidas.Apoio Operacional e Relacionamento:Manter comunicação eficiente com gestores do CDS, clientes e equipe interna, assegurando alinhamento estratégico na condução das atividades.Responder e-mails em tempo real, garantindo suporte imediato às demandas recebidas.Apoiar colegas e supervisores na execução das atividades e melhoria dos processos internos.
