A vaga busca pessoas que gostem de trabalhar com dados analíticos para análise de causa raiz de perdas operacionais visando direcionar ações de melhoria de processos e mitigação de riscos.

É necessário conhecer ferramentas de programação e modelos computacionais para construção de indicadores e desenvolvimento de modelos estatísticos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAs principais atribuições da vaga são:Captura e tratamento de perdas operacionais com foco em mitigação de causa raiz;Especificação, implantação e gestão de sistema para registro de perdas operacionais;Geração do reporte regulatório de perdas operacionais (CADOC 5050);Desenvolvimento e monitoramento de modelos estatísticos e indicadores de risco operacional;Construção e gestão de dashboards.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesOs principais requisitos da vaga são:Superior Completo Ciências Exatas, preferencialmente estatística, matemática ou engenharia;Programação em SQL, Python, SAS, R ou outras linguagens;Raciocínio lógico quantitativo;Experiência em modelagem de dados com ferramentas computacionais;Conhecimento de ferramentas para construção de dashboards (power BI, Tableau, etc);Facilidade de comunicação oral e escrita;Desejável certificação em melhoria contínua (lean six sigma, 5S, ISO 9001, etc);Desejável conhecimento em contingências judiciais;Desejável conhecimento de produtos financeiros e contabilidade bancária.
