Na Light, buscamos um Analista de Riscos e Controles Internos Sênior que será responsável por fortalecer a gestão de riscos corporativos e estratégicos da Companhia, contribuindo para um ambiente de controles internos mais robusto e alinhado aos objetivos do negócio. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSeus principais desafios serão:

Conduzir avaliações de riscos corporativos e estratégicos; Aplicar e aprimorar metodologias de gestão de riscos; Realizar processos de RSA e CSA junto às áreas de negócio; Avaliar a efetividade dos controles internos e propor melhorias; Elaborar matrizes de riscos, heat maps e dashboards gerenciais; Monitorar indicadores de riscos (KRIs) e planos de ação; Desenvolver análises de cenários e riscos emergentes; Apoiar a integração entre gestão de riscos e planejamento estratégico; Elaborar reportes executivos para a alta liderança; Atuar em projetos de melhoria de processos, controles e sistemas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos necessários:

Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Contabilidade, Economia, Engenharias, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas; Sólida experiência em Gestão de Riscos e Controles Internos; Vivência com processos de RSA e CSA; Conhecimento dos frameworks COSO ERM, COSO, COBIT, ITIL e ISO 31000; Experiência em avaliação e desenho de controles internos; Conhecimento avançado de Power BI; Experiência com mapeamento de processos e fluxogramas; Inglês intermediário.

Será um diferencial ter:

Conhecimento em SAP; Conhecimento em GRC e ferramentas de gestão de riscos; Vivência com indicadores de riscos (KRIs); Conhecimento em gestão de continuidade de negócios e gestão de crises; Forte base em matemática e estatística aplicada à análise de riscos;Conhecimento em Inteligência Artificial aplicada a dados e processos;
