Somos responsáveis pela identificação, mensuração e mitigação contínua dos riscos Operacionais, Reputacionais, ESG e de Continuidade de Negócios, garantindo a resiliência operacional, a conformidade regulatória e a sustentabilidade de longo prazo da Instituição.Missão da CoordenaçãoAssegurar a resiliência institucional e a conformidade preventiva através do monitoramento inteligente de indicadores, governança rigorosa de dados e suporte às tomadas de decisão, garantindo o alinhamento constante ao Apetite por Riscos (RAS) e às exigências do Banco Central do Brasil.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO Analista Sênior atua como o elo entre a estratégia de riscos, as exigências regulatórias e o cotidiano operacional.
