🍪Planejar, implementar e acompanhar programas de Qualidade de Vida, Saúde e Bem-estar voltados aos colaboradores.🍪Apoiar na disseminação de boas práticas relacionadas à saúde, segurança, bem-estar e cultura organizacional.🍪Definir a metodologia corporativa de identificação e avaliação de riscos psicossociais.🍪Atuar em parceria com áreas internas e fornecedores para garantir a execução dos programas e ações da área.🍪Apoiar lideranças na construção dos planos de ação. 🍪Realizar visitas as unidades, conduzindo ações de qualidade de vida e bem-estar.🍪Acompanhar a efetividade das ações implementadas.🍪Monitorar indicadores, elaborar relatórios gerenciais e propor melhorias contínuas nos processos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que você precisa ter:🍪Ensino Superior completo em Psicologia, Serviço Social ou áreas correlatas. 🍪Experiência em RH, com atuação em programas de Qualidade de Vida e Bem-Estar
