Com décadas de história, valorizamos o talento das pessoas e acreditamos que, juntos, podemos construir um amanhã melhor.Se você é apaixonado por desafios, colaboração e impacto positivo, junte-se a nós para transformar possibilidades em realidade. 🚀Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO que espera por você no seu dia a dia: Planejar, implementar e acompanhar os programas de Qualidade de Vida e Saúde Ocupacional, assegurando sua execução conforme as necessidades da organização.Desenvolver e implementar ações voltadas ao bem-estar dos colaboradores, com base em indicadores, pesquisas de clima organizacional e demais percepções dos públicos internos.Estruturar e acompanhar campanhas, iniciativas e calendários de saúde, promovendo a organização e a divulgação das ações para os colaboradores.Gerenciar fornecedores e parceiros envolvidos nos programas e nas ações de Qualidade de Vida e Saúde Ocupacional.Controlar e validar as notas fiscais de acordo com os serviços prestados, encaminhando-as ao departamento responsável para os devidos trâmites.Criar, acompanhar e analisar indicadores relacionados à taxa de adesão aos programas, à utilização dos benefícios e à satisfação dos colaboradores.Correlacionar os indicadores dos programas com os resultados das pesquisas de satisfação, da percepção dos colaboradores, do absenteísmo e da sinistralidade.Realizar análises críticas sobre os resultados dos programas, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e propondo ajustes nas ações implementadas.Elaborar relatórios, controles gerenciais e apresentações com informações sobre a execução, os indicadores e os resultados dos programas.Atuar como ponto focal de Qualidade de Vida e Saúde Ocupacional para todas as regionais, prestando suporte, orientações e esclarecimentos às áreas envolvidas.Articular as áreas internas e demais públicos envolvidos para garantir o alinhamento, a execução e o acompanhamento das iniciativas de Qualidade de Vida.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que esperamos de você:Graduação completa ou em andamento nos últimos períodos em Psicologia, Enfermagem ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento básico em programas de Qualidade de Vida e Saúde Ocupacional;Conhecimento básico em Excel ou ferramentas similares;Capacidade de coletar, organizar e atualizar dados dos programas;Habilidade para acompanhar fornecedores, parceiros, notas fiscais e documentos;Capacidade de organizar e acompanhar campanhas, ações e calendários de saúde;Capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa com diferentes áreas;Facilidade para aprender processos, sistemas e ferramentas da área.Vai ser um diferencial se você possuir:Conhecimento básico em controle de indicadores, como adesão, utilização de benefícios e satisfação;Informações adicionaisJornada de TrabalhoSegunda a quinta: 08h às 18hSexta-feira: 08h às 17hLocalização: Vl.
