Aqui na RANDS, você irá atuar na pré‑venda dos nossos produtos, identificando necessidades dos leads, conduzindo sua jornada e contribuindo diretamente para o avanço do funil e para os resultados comerciais.Se você gosta de desafios, de trabalhar em equipe e quer crescer na área Comercial, vem fazer parte do nosso time!#VocênaRandoncorp #SomosRandoncorp #RandsResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo Analista de SDR Júnior, você será responsável pelas seguintes atividades:Atualizar e gerir o pipeline de vendas via iniciativas inbound e outbound.Engajar e qualificar leads por meio de técnicas de vendas consultivas.Identificar necessidades e objeção dos prospects, desenvolver argumentos de conversão, criando oportunidades para Vendedores;Realizar contatos via telefone, WhatsApp e e-mail, aplicando perguntas SPIN para entender o contexto dos leads.Atender leads interessados em consórcio, classificando, registrando no CRM e agendando reuniões de consultoria.Executar follow-up, garantir qualidade dos agendamentos e apoiar na evolução do funil.Registrar as atividades no sistema e reportar rotinas ao gestor.Outras rotinas comerciaisRequisitos e qualificaçõesPara participar do processo seletivo, é importante atender aos seguintes requisitos:Graduação em andamento ou concluída em Administração, Vendas, Economia, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão Comercial ou áreas relacionadas;Conhecimento no Pacote Microsoft Office;Experiência ou conhecimento em Técnicas de Vendas;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.Diferenciais (não obrigatórios):Vivência na prospecção e qualificação de leads em Serviços Financeiros;Conhecimento em técnicas de vendas como SPIN Selling ou BANT.Informações adicionaisHorário de Trabalho: Turno 1 - 08h00 às 17h48.
