E quem faz isso acontecer são as pessoas.Aqui, usamos tecnologia e informação estratégica para transformar o agronegócio, conectando toda a cadeia produtiva com inovação e eficiência.Se você quer fazer parte dessa evolução e crescer junto com a Ponta, essa oportunidade pode ser sua! 🚀Estamos com vaga para Analista de Segurança da Informação, confira logo abaixo as informações! 👇Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir o ciclo de gestão de incidentes de segurança — detecção, análise, contenção, erradicação e recuperação —, assegurando agilidade e registro adequado;Investigar incidentes por meio de análise de logs, correlação de eventos e técnicas de forense digital, identificando causa raiz e impacto;Elaborar e manter planos de resposta a incidentes, playbooks e procedimentos operacionais alinhados a frameworks de mercado;Executar e acompanhar testes de intrusão (pentests) e varreduras de vulnerabilidades, priorizando correções com base em risco; Apoiar times de desenvolvimento na adoção de práticas de desenvolvimento seguro de software, orientando sobre mitigação de vulnerabilidades da OWASP Top 10; Avaliar configurações, hardening de sistemas e controles de segurança, propondo melhorias sustentáveis; Acompanhar indicadores de segurança e produzir relatórios e dashboards gerenciais que apoiem a tomada de decisão;Contribuir com a implementação e o acompanhamento de controles baseados em frameworks como NIST e boas práticas de mercado;Atuar de forma colaborativa com outras áreas, disseminando cultura de segurança e apoiando decisões estratégicas;Criar e manter documentações técnicas que sustentem a padronização e a escalabilidade dos processos de segurança;Identificar gargalos e riscos, propondo soluções inovadoras para fortalecer a proteção do ambiente.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatórios:Formação superior completa em Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia, Segurança da Informação ou áreas correlatas; Experiência sólida em atividades de segurança defensiva, monitoramento (SOC/blue team) ou resposta a incidentes; Vivência com gestão de incidentes de segurança em ambientes de alta demanda; Atuação prévia com análise de vulnerabilidades e acompanhamento de indicadores de segurança;Familiaridade com testes de intrusão (pentest), redes, sistemas operacionais e conceitos de hardening;Noções de desenvolvimento de software seguro e das diretrizes OWASP; Conhecimento de frameworks e boas práticas como NIST (CSF), ISO 27001 ou equivalentes; Domínio de análise de logs, correlação de eventos e ferramentas de SIEM.
