Buscamos um Analista Pleno focado em Engenharia de Defesa para atuar de forma dedicada na sustentação, administração e operação técnica do ambiente WAF Akamai do nosso cliente. Você será a ponte técnica para proteção de novas aplicações, configurações de políticas, resolução de bloqueios indevidos e acompanhamento de mudanças em ambientes críticos de staging e produção.🏚️💻Vaga com modalidade RemotaResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesOperação e Configuração: Configurar e apoiar a proteção de novas aplicações no WAF Akamai (políticas, regras, exceções, domínios e ambientes).Sustentação e Ajustes: Realizar alterações, ajustes de políticas, parametrizações e refinamentos contínuos em aplicações já protegidas.Troubleshooting e War Rooms: Atuar em war rooms para análise de bloqueios indevidos (falsos positivos), suporte técnico a incidentes e acompanhamento de mudanças sensíveis em produção.Atendimento a Demandas: Entender tecnicamente solicitações via ServiceNow/Slack, avaliar impactos e executar as configurações necessárias nas consoles.Higiene e Governança: Revisar ativamente políticas, objetos obsoletos e gerir acessos lógicos (usuários e APIs) no Akamai Control Center.Apoio Multivendor: Interagir técnica e operacionalmente com empresas parceiras e prestar apoio complementar pontual no ambiente AWS WAF.Requisitos e qualificaçõesOBRIGATÓRIOS:Você deve atender a formação superior descrita abaixo:Nível superior completo em área de TI ou especialização compatível na área de Segurança da Informação;Experiência sólida (nível Pleno) na administração, operação técnica e sustentação de WAF (Web Application Firewall), preferencialmente Akamai;Forte conhecimento em segurança de aplicações web, análise de tráfego HTTP/HTTPS e protocolos de rede;Experiência prática em troubleshooting de aplicações, identificação de falsos positivos e ajustes de políticas de bloqueio;Vivência com atuação em rotinas de gestão de mudanças (ITIL) e participação em war rooms.Desejáveis:Conhecimento e vivência com AWS WAF; TERRAFORM; SALT SECURITY E ADVANCED API SECURITY (GOOGLE).Certificações técnicas relacionadas à Akamai ou segurança de aplicações em nuvem (AppSec);Compreensão de vulnerabilidades Web comuns (ex: OWASP Top 10) e metodologias de mitigação via WAF;Experiência com atendimento de chamados utilizando ferramentas como ServiceNow.Informações adicionaisA Kryptus oferece:✔️PLR✔️Plano de Saúde✔️Plano Odontológico✔️Pacote atrativo de benefícios vale refeição, alimentação etc - Cartão de crédito multi benefícios✔️Vale Transporte✔️TotalPass✔️Day off (seu dia do seu jeito)✔️Convênio SESC✔️Licença Maternidade/ Paternidade Estendida✔️Plataformas de Saúde Mental (Terapia)Nosso ambienteTime técnico de alto nívelBaixa burocracia e alto impactoLiberdade com responsabilidadeDiversidade, respeito e criatividade valorizadosEspaço para crescer e contribuir com decisões técnicas estratégicasAlém disso…Fazemos happy hour constantesNão usamos roupa social sem necessidadeTemos espaço de descontraçãoOferecemos diversos tipos de comidas e bebidas, todos os dias, à vontadeFazemos feedback periódicoTemos um ambiente colaborativo, com respeito à diversidade, de baixa burocracia e com constante incentivo à criatividade e ao crescimento profissional
