Garantir a conformidade de equipamentos com a NR-12 e demais normas técnicas aplicáveis. Realizar análises de risco em máquinas e equipamentos, identificando perigos e propondo medidas de controle. Desenvolver e acompanhar projetos de adequação de máquinas conforme requisitos legais e normativos. Participar da validação de projetos e modificações industriais sob a ótica da segurança de máquinas. Realizar inspeções, auditorias e avaliações de campo para identificar desvios e oportunidades de melhoria. Acompanhar fornecedores e prestadores de serviço em atividades relacionadas à segurança de máquinas. Apoiar investigações de incidentes e acidentes, identificando causas e definindo ações corretivas e preventivas. Ministrar treinamentos sobre segurança de máquinas para equipes de manutenção, engenharia e produção. Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho relacionados à segurança operacional e conformidade legal. Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua visando aumento da segurança e confiabilidade dos equipamentos.Requisitos e qualificações ·Ensino técnico ou Superior em Engenharia Mecânica, Elétrica, Controle e Automação, Produção ou áreas correlatas.

·Experiência em segurança de máquinas em ambientes industriais.

·Vivência em adequação de máquinas e equipamentos conforme NR-12.

·Experiência com análise de riscos e implementação de sistemas de proteção.

·NR-12 – Segurança no Trabalho em Máquinas e Equipamentos.

·Normas técnicas ABNT, ISO 12100, ISO 13849, IEC 62061 e normas correlatas.
