Como Analista de Segurança do Trabalho, você será responsável por acompanhar e executar atividades relacionadas à legislação de Segurança do Trabalho, contribuindo para a prevenção de acidentes, o cumprimento das normas e o acompanhamento das rotinas de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho em nossas unidades.A posição possui interface com diferentes áreas e públicos, exigindo organização, capacidade de análise, comunicação assertiva e atenção aos prazos e processos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar ações relacionadas à legislação de Segurança do Trabalho;Acompanhar e controlar os prazos de vigência dos programas PGR e PCMSO;Implementar e acompanhar itens relacionados à NR-32;Acompanhar o processo da CIPA, incluindo documentação e vigência dos mandatos;Realizar inspeções nos ambientes de trabalho;Entregar, controlar e acompanhar os Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPI);Emitir e conferir o Perfil Profissiográfico Profissional (PPP);Emitir Comunicação de Acidente do Trabalho (CAT);Realizar investigação de acidentes e incidentes de trabalho;Controlar o vencimento de vacinas;Controlar e agendar exames periódicos e de retorno ao trabalho;Orientar e acompanhar afastamentos junto ao INSS, incluindo controle de datas de perícias e retorno;Conferir notas fiscais e solicitar pagamentos de clínicas de medicina e segurança;Acompanhar treinamentos introdutórios;Elaborar relatórios e rateios diversos;Organizar os arquivos do setor;Atender clientes internos e externos da CaptaMed;Apoiar as atividades relacionadas ao Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade;Auxiliar na elaboração e atualização de fluxogramas, procedimentos internos e instruções de trabalho;Apoiar as tratativas de notificações e não conformidades relacionadas ao Departamento Pessoal;Observar as normas de segurança, controle ambiental, normas internas e legislação aplicável à função;Executar outras atividades relacionadas à área, conforme orientação da liderança.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Engenharia de Segurança do Trabalho, Enfermagem do Trabalho ou cursos correlatosConhecimento em legislação de Segurança e Medicina do Trabalho;Experiência na elaboração de documentos relacionados ao Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade.Experiência profissional como Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho;Conhecimento em Informática e Pacote Office.
