Conheça mais sobre a área de Segurança do Trabalho:Atuar junto ao time de Segurança do Trabalho, garantindo um ambiente de trabalho sadio e salubre aos nossos colaboradores de acordo com os requisitos legais aplicáveis.Elaborar e executar programas de prevenção de acidentes e danos na saúde ocupacional, através da realização do atendimento das Normas Regulamentadoras, outras legislações relacionadas à segurança do trabalho, bem como através da ISO 45.001, realizando inspeções nos locais de trabalho, acompanhando perícias de insalubridade e periculosidade com o objetivo de reduzir/prevenir acidentes de trabalho e prevenir lesões e problemas de Saúde Ocupacional.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar análise de laudos junto ao ambulatório e equipe de Segurança do Trabalho, identificando a necessidade de abertura de CAT ou não para que o Engenheiro e/ou Médica do Trabalho analisem necessidade de contestação do mesmo com o objetivo de reduzir/prevenir acidentes de trabalho e prevenir lesões e problemas de Saúde Ocupacional.Elaborar política de Segurança do Trabalho, com o desenvolvimento de ações educativas para os colaboradores, fiscalizando/adequando as sinalizações de segurança, com o objetivo de reduzir/prevenir acidentes de trabalho e prevenir lesões e problemas de Saúde Ocupacional.Acompanhar o programa de gerenciamento de riscos (PGR) e os programas de Análises preliminares e ergonômicas do Trabalho (AEP e AET), validar os mapas de riscos e rotas de fuga com o objetivo de reduzir acidentes de trabalho e prevenir lesões e problemas de Saúde Ocupacional.Dar suporte para as áreas Marketing e Universidade Corporativa, em eventos externos até 500 participantes e/ou evento de liderança até o nível de Superintendência, com a validação técnica de segurança do trabalho, com o objetivo de prevenir acidentes de trabalho.Inspecionar e executar manutenção corretiva e preventiva das atividades relacionadas as instalações dos prédios, bem como dos escritórios de co-workings, transporte de passageiros (fretados/uber/voll, etc) e veículos da frota comercial e executiva, com o objetivo de reduzir/prevenir acidentes de trabalho e atender as normas regulamentadoras.Analisar e validar a documentação (quais documentos) das empresas prestadoras de serviços que mantém recursos alocados em nossa estrutura, com o objetivo certificar que os prestadores estão em conformidade com as normas regulamentadoras.Construir e controlar o orçamento e os indicadores da área, visando melhoria contínua do processo e report para a alta liderança, bem como em atendimento a ISO 45.001.Validar projetos técnicos sempre que houver reformas e/ou mudanças de layouts nas instalações, garantindo o atendimento as normas regulamentadoras.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Técnica em Segurança do Trabalho (com Registro no Ministério do Trabalho para Compor SESMT)Curso Superior Completo em Administração, Engenharia, e afinsExperiência prática e consolidada na função de Analista de Segurança do TrabalhoPacote Office - IntermediárioDisponibilidade para trabalho presencial 4x1 em Barueri.Informações adicionaisAssistência Médica e Odontológica​Remuneração Variável Anual (PPR)​Auxílio Refeição e Alimentação​Auxílio Transporte, Fretado ou Estacionamento​Seguro de Vida​Previdência Privada​.
