Realizar atendimento de pós-venda aos clientes, prestando suporte em solicitações de consertos, reformas, instalações e revisões de máquinas, equipamentos e ferramentas, conforme obrigações contratuais e legais. Gerenciar chamados junto à rede de Assistências Técnicas, recebendo, analisando e acompanhando solicitações e reclamações, garantindo soluções eficazes e cumprimento dos SLAs estabelecidos. Administrar os processos de garantia dos produtos, acompanhando instalações, atendimentos, cobranças e assegurando o cumprimento dos procedimentos definidos. Executar atividades administrativas relacionadas aos chamados, incluindo análise de garantias, controle de estoque e acompanhamento da venda de peças. Manter contato constante com clientes para acompanhamento das demandas e atualização do status dos atendimentos. Apoiar a gestão e o monitoramento dos chamados, assegurando o cumprimento dos prazos e a excelência no atendimento ao cliente. Atuar de forma organizada e analítica na resolução de problemas, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos da áreaRequisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Contabilidade, Economia, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas. Experiência em atendimento e relacionamento com clientes e Assistências Técnicas, realizando acompanhamento de chamados, tratativas de solicitações e suporte na resolução de demandas. Conhecimento avançado no Pacote Office (Excel, Word e PowerPoint). Experiência na condução de processos metódicos, garantindo organização, consistência e cumprimento de etapas. Conhecimento em SAP ou outro sistema ERP. Espanhol intermediário a avançado. Experiência com pós-venda, gestão de garantias e acompanhamento de indicadores. Vivência em elaboração de relatórios gerenciais.
