Descrição da vagaO Analista De Service Desk PL tem como missão garantir a excelência no atendimento remoto aos usuários, solucionando de forma rápida e eficiente os incidentes e solicitações, assegurando a continuidade dos serviços e a alta disponibilidade dos sistemas.Responsabilidades e atribuições Atendimento ao Usuário:

·   Realizar a criação de pacotes e a publicação de aplicações (MSI/EXE) seguindo os padrões definidos para distribuição corporativa;

·   Executar implantações em massa de software, reinstalação de OS e atividades relacionadas ao ciclo de vida dos dispositivos;

·   Conduzir ciclos de atualização de sistema operacional, drivers e patches de segurança Microsoft, garantindo conformidade com os SLAs estabelecidos;

·   Implementar configurações de estações de trabalho, GPOs e agentes corporativos utilizando SCCM e Intune;

·   Operar e dar suporte a tecnologias como BitLocker, LAPS e Microsoft Defender;

·   Atender incidentes e requisições de serviço seguindo práticas ITIL e procedimentos operacionais definidos;

·   Realizar reconciliação e validação das soluções aplicadas antes do encerramento dos chamados;

·   Escalar casos complexos para os times de nível superior com todas as evidências e informações necessárias;

·   Manter informações de inventário de hardware e software atualizadas no ServiceNow e CMDB corporativo;

·   Gerar relatórios operacionais e de conformidade dos ambientes SCCM e Intune;

·   Atuar em conjunto com equipes internas e parceiros para viabilizar instalações, configurações remotas e acessos administrativos;

·   Executar e adaptar scripts PowerShell existentes para atividades rotineiras e operacionais.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatórios:

·   Experiência entre 2 e 4 anos em operações de End User Computing (EUC) ou gerenciamento de endpoints;

·   Disponibilidade para atuar das 13h às 22h de segunda a sexta;

·   Conhecimento prático em:

    - Microsoft SCCM;

    - Microsoft Intune;

    - Windows Client OS;

    - Entra ID (Azure AD) Fundamentals;

    - ServiceNow.

·   Conhecimentos de PowerShell para execução e adaptação de scripts;

·   Certificação ITIL v4 Foundation; ·    Certificação MD-102 (Desejável)

·   Inglês Fluente para atuação em ambiente corporativo global.
