Buscamos por profissionais que acreditam na educação e seu impacto para transformar vidas, que queiram ser protagonistas da sua história trazendo excelência em suas ações junto a um time que vibra o trabalho em equipe.Se você quer desenvolver suas habilidades, transformar vidas e trilhar uma carreira na área de Analista de Sistema, realize sua inscrição.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesImplantar, parametrizar, administrar e promover a manutenção nos sistemas utilizados pela Escola (Ex.: TOTVS RM, Plataforma Plural e outros);Criar e realizar a manutenção de tutoriais, para auxílio aos usuários dos sistemas em suas atribuições diárias;Desenvolver e manter relatórios dos sistemas em operação (Ex.: Relatórios da TOTVS RM);Manter atualizadas as documentações de sistemas e de banco de dados;Prover treinamentos e suporte aos usuários em sistemas;Administrar o contato com fornecedores de sistemas (Ex.: TOTVS), para solução das demandas (agenda de consultores, levantamento necessidades, abertura e controle de ocorrências);Pesquisar e apresentar estudos de otimização dos recursos tecnológicos, visando a melhorar o desempenho dos sistemas e modernização de recursos;Levantar informações para novos projetos de sistemas, junto aos setores;Orientar e auxiliar os Técnicos de Suporte nas atividades relacionadas aos sistemas;Encaminhar ao gerente de TI as necessidades e dificuldades encontradas em sistemas, para melhoria dos processos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Técnico ou Ensino Superior em TI;Conhecimento em SQL;Conhecimento técnico nos sistemas: TOTVS módulo Educacional e Financeiro;Demais módulos TOTVS será um diferencial.Informações adicionaisBenefíciosVale transporte
