Estamos em busca de um Analista de Sistemas para integrar a Gerência de Tecnologia da Camed Corretora, contribuindo diretamente para a evolução das soluções tecnológicas que sustentam os processos e operações do negócio.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Analisar, projetar, desenvolver e manter sistemas conforme as necessidades das áreas de negócio.Levantar e documentar requisitos junto aos usuários, transformando as demandas em soluções técnicas.Desenvolver e evoluir aplicações em C#/.NET, com front-end em Angular e JavaScript.Criar e manter APIs e integrações entre os sistemas internos e parceiros.Criar, otimizar e dar manutenção em queries, procedures e views no SQL Server.Identificar e corrigir falhas nos sistemas em produção, garantindo estabilidade e desempenho.Dar suporte e manutenção às automações em Python e aos portais em PHP (WordPress e Laravel).Participar de todas as etapas do ciclo de desenvolvimento, da análise até a implantação e o suporte.Realizar testes para garantir a qualidade das entregas.Documentar sistemas, processos e procedimentos para facilitar a manutenção.Trabalhar com controle de versão (Git / Azure) e ferramentas de gestão do ciclo de vida da aplicação.Atuar com metodologias ágeis no dia a dia do time, utilizando ferramentas para acompanhamento de entregas como (Bitrix,mTrello, Planner)

Requisitos e qualificações

Requisitos necessários:Ensino superior completo em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas afins.Experiência como Analista de Sistemas, Desenvolvedor ou em função parecida.Experiência sólida com C#/.NET.Experiência com Angular e JavaScript.Bons conhecimentos em SQL Server: modelagem, construção e otimização de queries.Experiência com desenvolvimento e consumo de APIs REST.Vivência com Git e ferramentas de ALM (ex.: Azure DevOps, Jira ou similares).Familiaridade com metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban).Boa capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas.Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.Diferenciais:Experiência com sistemas do mercado de seguros, corretoras ou operadoras de saúde.Conhecimento em Python para automação de processos.Experiência com PHP, WordPress e Laravel.Criação de relatórios e dashboards no Power BI.Conhecimento de LGPD aplicada ao desenvolvimento de sistemas.Inglês técnico para leitura de documentação.
