Buscamos um profissional com forte capacidade analítica e operacional, atuando no controle, conciliação, compliance, auditoria, indicadores e melhoria contínua dos processos de arrecadação em ambiente regulado de concessões rodoviárias.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Executar e analisar as atividades relacionadas à arrecadação das receitas rodoviárias, incluindo controle dos sistemas de pedágio eletrônico Free Flow, cobranças, faturamento e repasses financeiros. Realizar e revisar a conciliação diária das receitas provenientes dos sistemas Free Flow, meios automáticos de pagamento, evasões, serviços operacionais e demais receitas acessórias, garantindo a consistência das informações financeiras e operacionais. Analisar e validar o fluxo financeiro das receitas arrecadadas, assegurando aderência às normas internas, legislações vigentes, contratos de concessão e requisitos dos órgãos reguladores do setor rodoviário. Atuar no suporte a auditorias internas e externas, preparando documentações, evidências, relatórios e esclarecimentos, contribuindo para mitigação de riscos operacionais e financeiros. Monitorar, analisar e reportar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) relacionados à arrecadação, tráfego, inadimplência, evasão tarifária e performance operacional dos sistemas Free Flow, propondo melhorias contínuas nos processos e sistemas. Acompanhar a execução de contratos com fornecedores e parceiros relacionados à arrecadação eletrônica, como operadoras de pagamento automático, adquirentes, instituições financeiras e empresas de tecnologia voltadas ao sistema Free Flow. Identificar riscos e apoiar na implementação de controles internos para prevenção de perdas financeiras, fraudes, inconsistências operacionais e desvios de arrecadação. Elaborar relatórios gerenciais, análises financeiras e apresentações executivas para suporte à tomada de decisão da gestão. Atuar de forma colaborativa com as equipes operacionais, administrativas e financeiras, contribuindo para organização das rotinas e disseminação de boas práticas. Interagir com áreas como Operações Rodoviárias, TI, Financeiro, Controladoria, Jurídico e Atendimento ao Usuário para análise de ocorrências e proposição de melhorias nos processos de arrecadação eletrônica.

Requisitos e qualificações

Formação superior completa em Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas; Experiência com processos financeiros, arrecadação, conciliação ou controle operacional; Conhecimento em análise financeira e controles internos; Vivência com elaboração e acompanhamento de indicadores (KPIs). Diferencial possuir conhecimento em banco de dados e linguagem SQL para consultas, análises e extração de informações;
