O que você fará no dia a dia:Suporte ao Usuário: Prestar atendimento de N1/N2 aos usuários do ecossistema SAP B1, sanando dúvidas operacionais e corrigindo falhas do dia a dia. Levantamento de Requisitos: Apoiar na identificação de gargalos operacionais e desenhar melhorias de processos dentro do ERP.Configurações e Cadastros: Auxiliar na manutenção de parâmetros do sistema, usuários, permissões e configurações locais.Homologação e Testes: Validar novas funcionalidades, add-ons ou relatórios customizados desenvolvidos pela consultoria parceira antes de irem para produção.Documentação e Treinamento: Criar manuais de utilização e guias rápidos para capacitar os usuários internos nas melhores práticas do SAP B1.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesHard Skills:Conhecimento em SAP Business One: Entendimento básico da navegação e dos principais módulos (Finanças, Compras, Vendas, Estoque ou Produção).Banco de Dados (SQL Server ou SAP HANA): Conhecimento intermediário em SQL para criação de consultas simples, relatórios (Query Manager) e busca de inconsistências de dados.Metodologias Ágeis / Processos: Noções de BPMN (fluxos de processos) e familiaridade com ferramentas de chamados (Jira, ServiceNow, GLPI ou similares).Diferenciais competitivos: Noções de parametrização de Add-ons comuns de mercado (como TaxOne, Triple One, etc.), criação de alertas e travas (Transaction Notification), ou conhecimento em ferramentas de BI (Power BI).Soft Skills:Orientação ao Cliente Interno (Empatia): Capacidade de ouvir o usuário frustrado com um erro no sistema e traduzir o problema de forma calma e analítica;Comunicação Assertiva e Didática: Habilidade para explicar processos de forma simples para quem não é da área técnica;Raciocínio Lógico e Investigativo;Organização e Resiliência;Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior: Graduação concluída em Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software ou correlatas.Cursos Complementares:Certificações ou cursos livres voltados ao ecossistema SAP B1.Cursos de SQL (banco de dados) e metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban). Vivência com ERP: Ter atuado no suporte de ERP;Experiência prática na escrita de consultas SQL básicas (Select, Where, Joins) para extração de relatórios ou análise de dados em bancos SQL Server ou SAP HANA.Atendimento ao cliente ou suporte técnico (Helpdesk/Service Desk) N1 ou N2,Informações adicionais🍽️ Restaurante na empresa🛒 Vale Alimentação Alelo🚌 Transporte fretado🚗 Estacionamento no local😁 Plano Odontológico🛡️ Seguro de Vida🏋️ TotalPass🏊 Convênio com o Clube SESI Vespasiano💳 Cartão Desconto Farmácia💊 Programa de Dispensação de Medicamentos
