Somos uma edtech que está trabalhando para criar os melhores produtos e experiências de educação do Brasil.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSobre a vaga:Estamos em busca de um (a) Analista de Sistemas - Foco em Troubleshooting Técnico e Integração com Engenharia - para atuar como elo técnico entre o atendimento de suporte (N2) e os times de Engenharia, Produto, Infraestrutura, Qualidade e Dados.Se você gosta de investigar problemas complexos, compreender a fundo como os sistemas funcionam, interpretar logs e evidências técnicas e direcionar demandas com clareza e precisão, essa vaga é para você.Na Estratégia Educacional você irá:Realizar análises técnicas avançadas de incidentes e problemas reportados, identificando causas-raiz e sugerindo soluções;Investigar falhas a partir de logs, dashboards, painéis administrativos e testes controlados;Documentar descobertas e insumos técnicos de forma clara, para direcionamento aos times responsáveis;Criar e manter scripts e automações para incidentes recorrentes, permitindo atuação autônoma do suporte N2;Atuar em melhoria contínua dos processos, propondo ajustes baseados em métricas e indicadores de performance;Servir como ponte entre áreas técnicas e de negócio, garantindo alinhamento sobre contexto, impactos e soluções.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos fundamentais para ser um(a) Analista de Sistemas - Foco em Troubleshooting Técnico e Integração com Engenharia na Estratégia Educacional:Experiência em diagnóstico de sistemas e análise de incidentes complexos;Capacidade de interpretar logs e identificar padrões ou falhas;Vivência com ferramentas de versionamento (ex.: Git) e gerenciamento de tarefas (ex.: Jira, Zendesk);Boa comunicação para documentar e repassar informações técnicas de forma clara;Organização e atenção a detalhes.Serão considerados diferenciais:Formação em TI ou áreas correlatas;Noções de linguagens de programação ou leitura de código (APIs, testes, scripts);Experiência com monitoramento e observabilidade (Zabbix, Grafana, Kibana, NewRelic);Conhecimento em cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure);Conhecimento em bancos de dados relacionais e não relacionais;Conhecimento de estruturas de dados e algoritmos;Práticas de DevOps (CI/CD, automação de testes);Atuação prévia em edtechs ou produtos SaaS.Informações adicionaisE o que nós oferecemos para que você faça bem o seu trabalho:Ambiente criativo, descontraído, inovador e com profissionais referência no mercado;Salário competitivo com o mercado;Política de trabalho remoto;Vale Refeição ou Alimentação (R$ 845,00 / mês);Plano de saúde Amil;Plano odontológico Amil;Ajuda de Custo trabalho remoto;Seguro de vida;Gympass/Totalpass;Dayoff no dia do seu aniversário;Convênio com o Sesc;Acesso completo às plataformas da Estratégia.Detalhes da Vaga:Contrato CLT;44 horas semanais;Modelo de trabalho remoto.Se você é essa pessoa, venha fazer parte do nosso time!
