Atuar no time de sistemas para controlar o backlog dos incidentes, identificar oportunidades de melhorias nos processos, solucionar incidentes/requisições e fazer gestão eficaz junto ao clientes internos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGarantir funcionamento adequado de todos os sistemas; Extrair dados conforme necessidade das áreas de negócios, para subsidiar tomadas de decisões dos departamentos e possíveis estratégias de negócio;Administrar as horas contratadas com fornecedor, visando manter o custo dentro do contratado;Acompanhamento de backlog de chamados da área de operação, bem como garantir SLA dos chamados;Analisar os dados relacionados aos chamados e elaborar apresentação com os resultados da área;Garantir que as integrações entre os sistemas esteja adequada, visando a integridade das informações;Acompanhar todo o processo de desenvolvimento dos projetos relacionados aos Sistemas de Informação, com objetivo de prestar os devidos suportes após o término do projeto;Abrir e acompanhar os chamados junto aos parceiros de tecnologia Sistemas, nas situações mais complexas;Testar as novas funcionalidades dos sistemas já existentes, visando o adequado funcionamento da ferramenta;Monitorar as atividades automáticas dos sistema, garantindo que as informações estejam corretas;Pesquisar as tendências de mercado e implentar novos sistemas, de acordo com as regras do negócio, a fim de otimizar processos, propor melhorias e reduzir custos.Prover suporte técnico garantindo disponibilidade e performance das plataformas, bem como, quando necessário, orientar e treinar os usuários.

Requisitos e qualificações Necessário ensino superior completo em Administração, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas afins;Necessário conhecimento técnico em análise de sistemas, documentação de software, Pacote Office, PL-SQL, ERP SAP e em sistema de Frente de Caixa Zanthus;Necessário ter atuado no ramo do varejo (Atacado, Hipermercado etc).Formação: Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Análise de Sistemas ou áreas correlatas.Sistemas de Informação: Familiaridade com o ecossistema de varejo/atacado. Experiência prévia {Familiaridade com softwares consagrados no mercado supermercadista, como Linx, Totvs (RMS/Protheus), Bluesoft ou Mega Sistemas, Zanthus} em ERP e/ou Sistemas de Frente de Caixa será considerada um grande diferencial).Processos de Negócio: Noções de fluxo de frente de caixa (emissão de NFC-e, regras fiscais básicas, rotinas de estoque e movimentação física de produtos).Banco de Dados (Desejável - Diferencial): Conhecimento básico em lógica SQL (capacidade de realizar consultas simples como SELECT, WHERE e cruzamento de tabelas para auditoria de dados).
