Prestar suporte técnico a sistemas corporativos, aplicativos e softwares básicos, atuando na resolução de incidentes e requisições de baixa e média complexidade, com orientação quando necessário.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Registrar, acompanhar e atualizar chamados, garantindo atendimento dentro dos prazos acordados e a continuidade dos processos das áreas de negócio.Atuar como ponto de contato inicial entre as áreas usuárias e a equipe técnica ou fornecedores de TI.Apoiar o levantamento e a documentação das necessidades do negócio, contribuindo para a tradução das demandas em requisitos funcionais.Acompanhar o andamento das solicitações e entregas, apoiando o controle de prazos e alinhamentos.Apoiar a execução e o acompanhamento de melhorias de baixo esforço junto a fornecedores de TI e áreas internas.Verificar o alinhamento das soluções às regras de negócio da CNU e às diretrizes regulatórias aplicáveis.Apoiar a elaboração e execução de testes funcionais, validando se as entregas atendem aos requisitos definidos.Participar do processo de implantação das soluções e do acompanhamento inicial pós-go-live, apoiando usuários e áreas envolvidas.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior completo nas áreas de Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Administração ou áreas correlatas.Experiência com suporte a sistemas corporativos e atendimento de chamados (SLA/Incidentes).Noções de levantamento de requisitos e desenho de processos.Domínio de ferramentas de escritório (Excel, ferramentas de chamados).Conhecimentos em linguagem SQL.Diferenciais:Conhecimento em sistemas ERP saúde operadora.Experiência prévia no setor de Saúde Suplementar (Regras ANS).Familiaridade com operações da Operadora (produtos, contratos, prestadores, fluxos de autorizações e contas médicas).Certificado em ITIL.
