Requisitos e qualificações Formação:Ensino Superior cursando ou concluído em:Sistemas de Informação;Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas;Ciência da Computação;Engenharia da Computação;Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas.Experiência e conhecimentos:Experiência em suporte ou administração de sistemas corporativos;Vivência com atendimento de usuários e resolução de incidentes;Conhecimento básico em ERP ou sistemas de gestão empresarial;Desejável experiência com ambientes industriais, manufatura ou distribuição;Ter experiência e atuado com Protheus, Fluig, APS ou sistemas similares;Conhecimento básico em bancos de dados SQL (consultas, filtros e análise de dados);Conhecimento em suporte ao ERP Protheus e sistemas corporativos;Noções de integrações entre sistemas;Conhecimento de processos de negócio nas áreas administrativas, logística, produção ou comercial;Conhecimento em testes e homologação de sistemas;Familiaridade com ferramentas de chamados e gestão de demandas;Conhecimento em Fluig;Noções de APIs REST e Web Services;Conhecimento básico em linguagem ADVPL;Familiaridade com processos ITIL e metodologia SCRUM;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Organização e gestão de prioridades;Capacidade de análise e resolução de problemas.
