Buscamos um Analista de Sistemas Júnior com perfil analítico, proativo e orientado a soluções para atuar na sustentação das operações de Medicina Diagnóstica. O profissional será responsável por apoiar o fluxo diário do setor, englobando as áreas de BioImagem (RIS/PACS, exames de imagem) e Laboratório de Análises Clínicas (LIS, bancada, interfaceamento). O ambiente principal conta com os sistemas MV2000 e MVSoul (HTML5) na sede, além de prestar apoio e integração operacional a outros ERPs presentes nas unidades do grupo.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Análise e Entrega de Soluções: Ter a capacidade para identificar, entender, analisar e entregar a melhor solução técnica e funcional para os incidentes e requisições do dia a dia da Medicina Diagnóstica.Sustentação Operacional Nível 1 e 2: Prestar suporte aos usuários das áreas de BioImagem e Laboratório nos sistemas MV2000 e MVSoul HTML5, além de auxiliar no apoio e integração aos ERPs legados/secundários das demais unidades.Acompanhamento do Fluxo de Medicina Diagnóstica: Atuar no diagnóstico e correção de inconsistências no fluxo do exame, desde o agendamento, recepção, triagem, coleta/realização, interfaceamento de equipamentos, até a liberação do laudo e faturamento.Suporte a Interfaceamentos e Integrações: Acompanhar o envio e recebimento de cargas de dados entre o MV (HTML5 / MV2000) e os sistemas especialistas de imagem (PACS/RIS), laboratório (LIS) e equipamentos de bancada.Parametrização e Ajustes Básicos: Realizar configurações, cadastros de exames, depararação de tabelas e pequenos ajustes de rotinas nos módulos de laudos, recepção e central de exames.Documentação e Capacitação: Mapear dúvidas recorrentes dos usuários, apoiar na criação de manuais operacionais e conduzir orientações aos times de atendimento e bancada/imagem.

Requisitos e qualificações Obrigatórios:Vivência em Medicina Diagnóstica: Conhecimento prático e obrigatório dos processos operacionais das áreas de BioImagem (raio-X, tomografia, ressonância, ultrassom, etc.) e Laboratório de Análises Clínicas (fase pré-analítica, analítica e pós-analítica).Experiência em Ecossistema MV: Vivência prévia no suporte ou operação com sistemas MV2000 e/ou MVSoul HTML5.Banco de Dados Oracle: Capacidade de realizar consultas básicas e intermediárias em SQL em ambiente Oracle (comandos SELECT, WHERE, JOIN) para identificação e rastreamento de exames, pedidos e inconsistências de dados.Ferramentas e Habilidades Técnicas:Entendimento do fluxo de integração de exames (padrões DICOM, HL7 ou troca de arquivos via tabelas/APIs entre sistemas).Conhecimento das principais rotinas dos módulos de SADT / Central de Exames / Laboratório / BioImagem da MV.Noções de funcionamento de banco de dados Oracle para validação de tabelas operacionais do MV.Habilidades Comportamentais (Soft Skills):Perfil Analítico e Investigativo: Curiosidade técnica e capacidade para mapear a causa raiz de falhas no fluxo de exames.Comunicação Clara e Empatia: Habilidade para dialogar de forma paciente e objetiva com equipes de recepção, biomédicos, técnicos de enfermagem/radiologia e médicos legistas.Agilidade e Proatividade: Capacidade de priorizar chamados que impactem o atendimento direto ao paciente ou a entrega de laudos urgentes.
