Nosso time é formado por profissionais altamente capacitados e apaixonados por tecnologia e infraestrutura de missão crítica.Buscamos um(a) Analista Sênior / Especialista Linux com perfil resolutivo, autônomo e focado em infraestrutura para assumir um ambiente estratégico e de alta demanda. Você atuará na sustentação, automação e evolução da arquitetura de um parque 100% On-Premises, composto por clusters de virtualização de alto desempenho, ambientes virtualizados e conteinerizados. Se você domina a administração profunda de sistemas Linux, tem experiência sólida em virtualização corporativa (especialmente Proxmox e Hyper-V), orquestração com Docker e quer liderar a transformação via Infraestrutura como Código (IaC) em ambiente on-premise, essa oportunidade é para você.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Responsabilidades e Atribuições

Sustentação de Ambientes Virtuais: Administrar e otimizar clusters de virtualização Proxmox, garantindo alta disponibilidade, estabilidade e capacidade para todo parque de VMs do cliente (predominantemente CentOS 9 Stream); Implementação e Expansão de IaC On-Premises: Liderar a continuidade da implementação de Infraestrutura como Código (IaC nativa/declarativa via Proxmox e Ansible/Terraform), automatizando o ciclo de provisionamento e ciclo de vida de VMs Linux e estruturando a futura expansão para instâncias Microsoft; Gestão do Parque de Conteinerização: Sustentar, atualizar e evoluir a infraestrutura em Kubernets que abriga aplicações e portais corporativos, garantindo segurança de rede, isolamento, balanceamento de carga e estratégias de rollback; Melhoria Contínua e Arquitetura On-Premises: Atuar de forma consultiva e propositiva junto à liderança técnica e ao cliente, identificando gargalos, propondo projetos de modernização, tuning de performance e segurança (hardening e gestão de vulnerabilidades); Suporte de Nível 3 e Gestão de Incidentes Críticos: Atuar como o ponto focal e escalonamento técnico máximo em ocorrências complexas de sistemas operacionais, armazenamento (LUNs/Storage), conectividade e serviços corporativos; Documentação e Governança Técnica: Documentar padrões arquiteturais, procedimentos operacionais, playbooks de automação e guias de recuperação para manter a conformidade técnica e a rastreabilidade do ambiente.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e Qualificações

Formação:

Superior completo (Bacharelado ou Tecnólogo) em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação, Redes de Computadores, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas afins.

Conhecimentos Mandatórios:

Domínio profundo em Linux: Sólida experiência em administração, troubleshooting avançado, compilação/kernel tuning, segurança (hardening) em distribuições corporativas base RedHat (especialmente CentOS Stream 9); Virtualização On-Premises Avançada: Vivência comprovada em hypervisores como Hyper-V, VMWare ou ProxMox para ambientes de alta disponibilidade; Conteinerização em Produção: Experiência prática na sustentação e troubleshooting de ecossistemas com Docker / Docker Compose em larga escala (serviços web, proxies reversos como Nginx/HAProxy, gerenciamento de volumes e redes de contêineres); Infraestrutura como Código (IaC) e Automação: Experiência no desenvolvimento de automações de infraestrutura e provisionamento (APIs Proxmox, Ansible, Terraform ou scripts declarativos); Scripting Avançado: Proficiência em Shell/Bash e scripts em Python voltados para rotinas operacionais, monitoramento e integrações;

Certificações Mandatórias:

LPI nível 2 – Linux Professional Institute ou similar (LPI, RHCE ou SuSE).

Diferenciais / Desejáveis:
