Buscamos um Analista de Sistemas Pleno para atuar de forma autônoma na sustentação, suporte e evolução do ERP TOTVS RM. O profissional será fundamental na garantia da qualidade da informação, atuando fortemente na extração de dados, desenvolvimento de relatórios e painéis, além da resolução de incidentes sistêmicos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver e prestar manutenção em relatórios gerenciais e operacionais utilizando TOTVS Reports e dashboards no Smart View;Realizar atendimento técnico e funcional aos usuários dos módulos Backoffice e Educacional;Desenvolver consultas SQL e scripts no banco de dados para cruzamento de dados, dominando a estrutura de tabelas do sistema (ex: PPESSOA, SPLETIVO, entre outras);Gerenciar o controle de perfis de acesso e permissões dentro do ERP, assegurando as políticas de governança da instituição;Homologar atualizações de patchs e novas versões do sistema, identificando e corrigindo falhas sistêmicas;Apoiar a Gestão do TI na documentação de processos e na estruturação de bases de conhecimento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação:Ensino Superior completo em Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.Pós-graduação ou especialização concluída/em andamento em áreas de Tecnologia, Engenharia de Software.Habilidades:Facilidade para conversar com os usuários finais e traduzir suas necessidades em relatórios técnicos precisos;Curiosidade para ir a fundo na causa raiz dos erros sistêmicos e dados inconsistentes, evitando soluções paliativas;Capacidade de gerenciar a própria fila de chamados e priorizar demandas críticas com inteligência emocional.Conhecimentos técnicos:Experiência consolidada na sustentação e parametrização do ecossistema TOTVS RM;Domínio prático no desenvolvimento de relatórios via TOTVS Reports e visão analítica para o Smart View/Cubo;Conhecimento intermediário a avançado em linguagem SQL (capacidade para criar views, joins complexos e extrações diretas do banco);Capacidade de traduzir demandas das áreas de negócio (RH, Financeiro, Acadêmico) em soluções dentro do ERP.Informações adicionaisLocal de trabalho: Matriz da Rede Verbita de Educação - Bairro: Funcionários (Belo Horizonte/MG)Carga horária: 40 horas semanaisHorário: Segunda a Sexta de 8h as 17h.
