Responsabilidades e atribuições Atuar na análise, evolução e implantação de sistemas e soluções financeiras, compreendendo as necessidades do negócio e traduzindo-as em requisitos funcionais e técnicos para implementação; Ter senso crítico, analisando incidentes e problemas, apoiando na identificação de causa raiz e contribuindo para a estabilidade e disponibilidade das soluções; Identificar e propor melhorias contínuas nos sistemas e processos, avaliando funcionalidades existentes, integrações e oportunidades de evolução, em conjunto com as áreas de negócio, produto e tecnologia; Contribuir para a qualidade das entregas, apoiando a definição de critérios de aceite, validações funcionais e técnicas, homologações e acompanhamento das implementações; Elaborar e manter atualizada a documentação funcional e técnica dos sistemas, contemplando requisitos, regras de negócio, fluxos, integrações e demais informações necessárias para sua evolução e sustentação.

Requisitos e qualificações Experiência ou conhecimento em sistemas do segmento financeiro/bancário, preferencialmente em produtos de crédito, jornadas financeiras ou integrações com sistemas financeiros; Experiência como Analista de Sistemas, atuando no levantamento e análise de requisitos, especificação funcional e técnica, integrações entre sistemas, homologação e sustentação de aplicações; Experiência na participação em projetos de implantação e evolução de sistemas, atuando em conjunto com times multidisciplinares de Produto, Negócio, Desenvolvimento, Qualidade e Infraestrutura; Experiência na elaboração e manutenção de documentação funcional e técnica, incluindo requisitos, regras de negócio, fluxos, integrações, mapeamentos de dados e especificações de sistemas; Conhecimentos em bancos de dados relacionais e linguagem SQL, preferencialmente Oracle/PL/SQL e SQL Server, com capacidade para realização de consultas, análise de dados e apoio na investigação de problemas; Conhecimentos em APIs REST e arquitetura de microserviços, compreendendo conceitos de integração entre sistemas, contratos de APIs, requisições/respostas, códigos HTTP e mecanismos de autenticação; Conhecimentos em ferramentas para análise e validação de APIs, como Postman ou similares, para apoio à especificação, validação e troubleshooting de integrações; Conhecimento de metodologias ágeis, com experiência de atuação em squads e participação em refinamentos, planejamento, homologações e acompanhamento das entregas; Ensino Superior completo ou em andamento em Tecnologia da Informação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software ou áreas correlatas.Informações adicionaisVale Alimentação e Refeição (valor total R$ 2.097,79);Plano de Saúde Unimed Unimax com a possibilidade de inclusão de dependentes;Plano Odontológico;Seguro de Vida;Convênio com a rede de farmácias;Auxílio creche;Vale transporte;TotalPass;Cartão Ticket Plus.Além desses benefícios contamos com:Um Micromarket dentro de nossa empresa;Participação nos resultados;Gratificação natalina.
