Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver e manter aplicativos no Zoho Creator, atendendo às necessidades das áreas;Administrar, parametrizar e propor melhorias nos processos e funcionalidades de todos os apps Zoho;Desenvolver e implementar melhorias e automações para otimização dos processos internos;Realizar integrações entre sistemas, bancos de dados, APIs e demais plataformas utilizadas pela empresa;Monitorar sistemas e aplicações, identificando falhas, indisponibilidades e oportunidades de melhoria;Realizar testes, homologações e validações de novas funcionalidades, atualizações e integrações;Identificar a causa raiz de problemas técnicos (suporte N2) e atuar na implementação de soluções preventivas e corretivas;Elaborar e manter atualizada a documentação técnica dos sistemas, integrações e soluções desenvolvidas;Interagir operacionalmente com fornecedores e parceiros de tecnologia para tratativas de incidentes e melhorias;Atuar em projetos de implantação, atualização e melhoria de sistemas e ferramentas da frente Web;Apoiar as áreas de negócio na identificação de necessidades e na definição de soluções tecnológicas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimento em:Lógica de programação;HTML, CSS e JavaScript;Banco de dados relacionais (SQL na prática);APIs REST.Formação:Graduação em andamento em T.I ou áreas correlatas à tecnologia.

Desejável: Automação/RPA;Noções de segurança da informação;Usabilidade/UX básica;CRM.
