O Analista de Sistemas irá desenvolver e manter a plataforma digital da Otus com perfil proativo e capacidade de execução independente, atuando junto aos times de processos e produto. Ele terá a oportunidade de traduzir necessidades de negócio em sistemas confiáveis, usando ferramentas de IA para acelerar e qualificar o desenvolvimento.Modelo de trabalho: Híbrido (2 dias na semana presencial no nosso escritório em Florianópolis/SC e 3 dias home office).Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver e manter a plataforma Otus (frontend e backend), garantindo disponibilidade, performance e integridade.Garantir a segurança e integridade dos bancos de dados e suas integrações entre setores.Contribuir com a especificação técnica de produtos junto ao time de processos e à Liderança de TI, da concepção ao MVP, cumprindo prazos e padrões de qualidade.Conduzir a execução técnica de projetos com proatividade e independência, alinhando decisões de arquitetura e estratégia com a Liderança de TI antes da implementação e submetendo as entregas à sua revisão e aprovação.Implementar produtos internos, monitorar performance e dar suporte a ajustes e melhorias.Construir e manter integrações entre plataformas via APIs (cronograma, CRM, notificações etc.).Desenvolver automações e fluxos para processos internos.Aplicar desenvolvimento assistido por IA para acelerar entregas mantendo qualidade.Colaborar com produto e marketing na melhoria de dashboards e experiências de dados.Participar das reuniões de rotina entre desenvolvimento e produto e apresentar resultados/insights técnicos a stakeholders.Contribuir com a evolução técnica da plataforma propondo melhorias.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Ciência de Dados, Engenharia de Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Engenharia Civil ou áreas correlatas.Competências técnicas:Desenvolvimento web full-stack com JavaScript/Node.js e frameworks modernos de frontend.Modelagem e consulta de bancos de dados SQL e cloud (data warehouse e Postgres).Integração de sistemas via APIs e automação de processos.Versionamento de código (Git) e deploy em ambientes conteinerizados.Desenvolvimento assistido por IA para construção e manutenção de sistemas.Capacidade de conduzir a execução técnica de projetos com independência, recorrendo à Liderança de TI para validação de decisões estratégicas e revisão das entregas.Competências comportamentais:Proatividade e independência na resolução de problemas técnicos do dia a dia.Comunicação clara e assertiva com áreas técnicas e não-técnicas.Pensamento crítico e visão sistêmica para propor soluções.Organização e método: gestão de prazos, documentação e atenção a requisitos não funcionais (segurança, performance).Colaboração em equipe multidisciplinar.Modelo de contratação: PJInformações adicionais🎁 Bônus de fim de ano atrelado aos resultados da empresa + variável trimestral atrelado à performance individual;🌴Férias remuneradas;🩺 Bradesco Saúde;✨ Acesso mensal a sessões de psicoterapia online e teleconsultas;💪 Wellhub (Gympass);🧘 Day off de aniversário;🎯 Plano de cargo atrelada a avaliação de desempenho;🍼 Licença remunerada maternidade e paternidade; 📚 Possibilidade de participar dos nossos grupos de discussão: clube do livro, grupo de ações beneficientes, mulheres e de diversidade;Iniciativas internas ☕ Café Otus todas as quintas-feiras para fortalecimento de vínculo entre os times e alinhamentos;🍌 Café, frutas e bolachas disponíveis sempre na nossa copa para os dias presenciais;🏆 Gincana para descontrair no decorrer do ano;🎮 Gamificação;
