O que estará sob seus cuidados:Estamos em busca de uma pessoa Analista de Sistemas Pleno para atuar como elo entre as áreas de negócio e os times de tecnologia, contribuindo para a evolução de sistemas e soluções que geram valor para a companhia.Essa pessoa terá papel fundamental na compreensão das necessidades das áreas usuárias, transformação dessas demandas em requisitos claros para desenvolvimento e acompanhamento das entregas junto aos times técnicos e fornecedores.Buscamos um perfil analítico, colaborativo e com boa capacidade de comunicação, que consiga transitar entre diferentes públicos e apoiar a construção de soluções eficientes e escaláveis.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAlém de cuidar, você precisa ter conhecimento em:Atuar como ponto focal entre áreas de negócio, fornecedores e equipes de desenvolvimento;Levantar, analisar e detalhar requisitos funcionais e não funcionais;Traduzir necessidades de negócio em especificações para os times técnicos;Participar da definição e desenho de soluções sistêmicas alinhadas às necessidades da companhia;Acompanhar o desenvolvimento, testes, homologação e implantação das soluções;Garantir alinhamento entre escopo, prazo e qualidade das entregas;Atuar na identificação de oportunidades de melhoria e evolução dos sistemas;Apoiar o gerenciamento de demandas e priorizações junto aos stakeholders;Monitorar indicadores e apoiar a gestão de fornecedores e parceiros tecnológicos;Participar de cerimônias ágeis e fóruns de discussão técnica e funcional.Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo em Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia da Computação ou áreas correlatas;Experiência com análise de sistemas, levantamento e detalhamento de requisitos; Conhecimento em integrações e APIs; Conhecimento em bancos de dados relacionais (SQL); Vivência com metodologias ágeis e ferramentas como Jira, ServiceNow ou similares; Conhecimento em pelo menos uma das seguintes tecnologias:

React; Java; Python.

Diferenciais

Conhecimento em Cloud Computing; Experiência com AWS; Conhecimento de arquitetura de microsserviços; Experiência no segmento de seguros.
