O time Digital é responsável pelo desenvolvimento e sustentação de sistemas corporativos, plataformas digitais, integrações e soluções que apoiam diversas áreas da empresa.Buscamos um(a) Analista de Sistemas Pleno para atuar na análise de processos, levantamento de requisitos e definição de soluções sistêmicas, conectando as necessidades das áreas de negócio ao time de tecnologia.Você será responsável por compreender processos, identificar oportunidades de melhoria, documentar requisitos funcionais e acompanhar o desenvolvimento das soluções, garantindo que as entregas estejam alinhadas aos objetivos do negócio e proporcionem a melhor experiência aos usuários.Procuramos uma pessoa com perfil analítico, boa comunicação, visão sistêmica e facilidade para atuar em equipes multidisciplinares.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar junto às áreas de negócio para compreender processos, identificar necessidades e propor soluções sistêmicas.Realizar levantamento, análise e documentação de requisitos funcionais e regras de negócio.Conduzir reuniões de entendimento, discovery e refinamento de requisitos.Elaborar histórias de usuário, critérios de aceite e documentação funcional para as equipes de desenvolvimento.Mapear processos de negócio, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e automação.Apoiar a definição do escopo e das prioridades das iniciativas em conjunto com as áreas envolvidas.Trabalhar em parceria com UX na definição da melhor experiência para os usuários quando necessário.Apoiar Desenvolvedores e QA durante todo o ciclo de desenvolvimento, esclarecendo dúvidas sobre regras de negócio e requisitos.Validar funcionalidades entregues, garantindo aderência aos requisitos definidos e às necessidades das áreas.Registrar, acompanhar e priorizar demandas utilizando Jira ou ferramentas similares.Elaborar e manter atualizada a documentação funcional utilizando Confluence ou ferramentas equivalentes.Participar das cerimônias ágeis, incluindo refinamentos, plannings, reviews e retrospectivas.Atuar como elo entre as áreas de negócio e o time de tecnologia, garantindo comunicação clara durante todo o ciclo das iniciativas.Contribuir para a evolução dos processos internos, promovendo melhoria contínua e padronização das análises.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo ou em andamento em Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Administração ou áreas correlatas.Experiência mínima de 2 a 3 anos atuando como Analista de Sistemas, Analista Funcional ou Analista de Negócios.Experiência em levantamento, análise e documentação de requisitos funcionais.Experiência na elaboração de histórias de usuário e critérios de aceite.Conhecimento em modelagem de processos de negócio.Vivência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum e Kanban).Experiência utilizando Jira e Confluence ou ferramentas similares.Será um diferencial:Experiência com sistemas corporativos (ERP, CRM ou softwares de mercado).Vivência em projetos de transformação digital.Conhecimento em BPMN, UML ou outras técnicas de modelagem de processos.Experiência em desenho de fluxos e wireframes.Conhecimento em integrações entre sistemas e APIs.Conhecimento em SQL para consultas e validação de dados.Vivência em ambientes com múltiplos sistemas e integrações.Informações adicionaisBenefíciosVale-Alimentação ou Refeição de R$ 30,00 por dia (sem desconto de 20%);Vale-Transporte ou Vale combustível (sem desconto de 6%);Plano de Saúde Unimed (mensalidade coberta pela empresa);Plano Odontológico Uniodonto;Bônus de Assiduidade;Gympass (Wellhub);Kit polivitamínico mensal;Produtos da linha Essential Nutrition disponíveis nos refeitórios;Seguro de Vida;Desconto de 50% em nossos produtos;Rede de descontos em lojas e restaurantes;Presente de final de ano;Sala de meditação/ descanso;Programa de promoção à saúde com atendimento médico, pediátrico e psicológico;Projeto Be Generous - suplementação para as colaboradoras durante a gestação;Convênio com faculdades, cursos de idiomas e escolas educação infantil;Bolsa de Auxílio Educação de até 50% do valor do curso;Horário de Trabalho: De segunda a quinta das 09:00 às 19:00 e sexta das 09:00 às 18:00 (Vaga presencial)
