Atuar na sustentação, evolução e melhoria contínua dos sistemas corporativos da Cognita Brasil, com foco no TOTVS RM, garantindo estabilidade, eficiência e aderência às necessidades do negócio. Conduzir projetos de melhoria, implantação, automação e integração de sistemas, apoiando as escolas e áreas corporativas na otimização de processos e na evolução das soluções tecnológicas.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Sustentação do TOTVS RM: Atuar no suporte funcional de 2º e 3º níveis dos módulos Educacional, BackOffice, RH, Folha e Ponto, realizando análise de incidentes, identificação de causa raiz e resolução de demandas em parceria com Tecnologia e áreas de negócio.Evolução do RM Educacional: Identificar necessidades das escolas e oportunidades de melhoria, propondo parametrizações, automações, relatórios e novas funcionalidades que otimizem os processos acadêmicos e administrativos.Projetos e melhorias: Participar de projetos de implantação, atualização e evolução dos sistemas, atuando no levantamento de requisitos, análise funcional, testes, homologação, documentação, implantação e acompanhamento pós-go-live.Integrações de sistemas: Apoiar o desenvolvimento, manutenção e melhoria das integrações entre o TOTVS RM e demais plataformas corporativas e educacionais, como CogManager/SoftExpert, Agenda Edu e HubSpot CRM.Dados e análise: Realizar consultas e análises de dados para investigação de problemas, validação de regras de negócio, reconciliação de informações e apoio à geração de relatórios, respeitando as diretrizes de segurança da informação e privacidade.Qualidade e gestão de mudanças: Planejar e executar testes funcionais e integrados, apoiar homologações e avaliar riscos e impactos das mudanças, garantindo maior estabilidade e segurança nas implantações.Gestão de fornecedores: Interagir com a TOTVS e demais fornecedores e parceiros, acompanhando chamados, correções e projetos, garantindo alinhamento de escopo, prioridades e prazos.Documentação e suporte aos usuários: Manter documentações dos sistemas, integrações e procedimentos atualizadas, além de orientar e apoiar usuários-chave na utilização das plataformas e adoção de novos processos.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior completo ou em andamento em Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Experiência com sistemas ERP, especialmente TOTVS RM Educacional;Conhecimentos em levantamento de requisitos, testes, homologação e consultas SQL;Conhecimento de integrações entre sistemas e APIs, com boa capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas;Experiência como Analista de Sistemas, Analista Funcional ou função similar, atuando com sustentação, melhorias e projetos de sistemas.
