Responsabilidades e atribuições Buscamos um(a) profissional com experiência em TOTVS Protheus para atuar na sustentação, evolução e desenvolvimento de soluções relacionadas aos processos de Materiais, Estoque, Logística e Qualidade.Nesta posição, você terá atuação próxima às áreas de negócio, conectando processos, tecnologia e desenvolvimento, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e transformando necessidades do negócio em soluções no ERP e nos sistemas integrados.A posição combina atuação funcional e técnica, envolvendo sustentação do Protheus, desenvolvimento em ADVPL/TL++, SQL, integrações, APIs, WMS/TMS, dispositivos utilizados na operação logística e projetos de evolução do ambiente.

Principais responsabilidades: Atuar na análise, sustentação e evolução dos processos de Materiais, Estoque, Logística e Qualidade no TOTVS Protheus;Atuar principalmente nos módulos SIGAEST, SIGAACD, SIGAOMS e SIGAFAT;Apoiar processos, implantações e integrações relacionados a WMS e TMS;Analisar processos de negócio, identificar oportunidades de melhoria e propor soluções no ERP e nos sistemas integrados;Desenvolver e manter customizações, rotinas, relatórios, etiquetas, KPIs, APIs e integrações no Protheus;Desenvolver e realizar manutenções utilizando ADVPL/TL++, SQL e Framework Protheus;Realizar consultas, análises e manutenção de dados utilizando SQL e banco de dados;Atuar com coletores de dados, impressoras térmicas e demais dispositivos utilizados nas operações de estoque, armazenagem e expedição;Apoiar a estruturação e manutenção de soluções relacionadas a laudos, inspeção de entradas e controle de não conformidades;Elaborar e manter documentações funcionais e técnicas, procedimentos e materiais de apoio;Preparar e realizar treinamentos e apresentações para usuários e áreas envolvidas;Atuar nos processos de GMUD (Gestão de Mudanças), apoiando planejamento, comunicação, implantação e rollback quando necessário;Atuar no suporte intensivo pós-go-live, acompanhando a estabilização das soluções e os ajustes necessários.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência profissional com TOTVS Protheus;Experiência com processos de Materiais, Estoque, Logística e/ou Qualidade;Experiência com os módulos SIGAFAT, SIGAEST, SIGAACD e SIGAOMS;Conhecimento de WMS e TMS e suas integrações com o ERP;Conhecimentos em ADVPL/TL++, Framework Protheus, SQL e banco de dados;Conhecimento em ZPL / ZPL II (Zebra Programming Language);Experiência com APIs e integrações entre sistemas;Capacidade de atuar tanto na análise funcional quanto no desenvolvimento técnico das soluções.Conhecimentos desejáveis:Conhecimento dos módulos SIGAQIE (Inspeção de Entradas) e SIGAQNC (Controle de Não Conformidades);Experiência com coletores de dados e impressoras térmicas em ambientes logísticos;Experiência com GMUD, documentação, treinamentos e implantação de sistemas;Experiência em projetos de integração entre Protheus e sistemas de WMS, TMS ou outros sistemas corporativos.
